I have used her several times and her diagnosis is always right on. They call my Pharmacy for any prescription drugs and make appointments with any needed specialists. If you are a repeat patient she has your History and reviews it before the exam. You aren't starting from scratch as with a new DR I Coach HS and sometimes take kids to the ER at the SJC Medical Center. Their wait for treatment is incredibly long. Then they just send you to another DR. the next day with generally no treatment. . Even when backed up with Walk In Patients thgis is a much better experience. Much better.

The staff is nice but this place is super disorganized. If you have to get any labs done be prepared to have to explain which types labs you got... even though they’re the ones that told you to get them... ??????????????
My initial arrival the office is small and not up to date. I wasn't worried about that. The young ladies at he front desk were very young and one looked like she had just regular clothes on. T shirt and some pants. The other young lady had on scrubs. The young lady that took me to the room asked me some questions and then asked me to take my clothes off from waist down and put on "that" as she pointed to the white sheet. I'm assuming she might be in school or training as medical assistant because her professional isn't up to point yet. The walls were a little thin. I could hear the doctor saying to the young girl to tell me that she will be in soon because she was online doing something. Waited few minutes and Doctor arrived. She was nice she apologized for making me wait because of something that had to do with another patient that wasn't doing well. Overall I didn't have the worst experience compared to some Yelp reviewers but the drive from my new place may be a little far.
Jennifer was kind, intelligent, and made me feel comfortable despite the health issue being quite embarrassing!! She is a excellent clinician and I would recommend her and come see her again!!
The facility was dirty. The waiting room walls had black smears on top. The room that I was in was quite dirty. The floor was just filthy. I was asked to remove my shoes and socks. I didn’t want to after I looked at the floor. There were these red dried stains on the floor which freaked me out. I thought it was dried blood, but one of the workers told me don’t worry it’s just the floor rusting. Thanks for reassuring me about how clean this facility is. When was the last time the place been vacuumed or cleaned? I was also getting misleading information by two different front desk people. One was nice the other was not so nice/welcoming. The doctor was great. She took her time to go through questionnaires with me. Would I go back to see the doctor? Yes. Does the place need to be cleaned? Hell yes. Would I trust anything the front desk person tell me? No.
I had a pleasant, straightforward visit. He explained the lab tests and told me how to check with my insurance if I was covered for them.
He is a nice guy and spent a lot of time with us. He is a very knowledgeable doctor.
This is an urgent care, where you would go during a dire situation, but it takes forever to register through the ipads and scan ur insurance card by yourself, standing. I was not in the mindset to do so myself because I was in pain. That alone already makes me not want to come back here.
