I really appreciated both Dr. Haq and his team - Dr. Haq was quite friendly and listened to my symptoms and history thoroughly and though he had some ideas, he discussed with me options for obtaining more data about my condition and what the process would entail. Similarly his staff detailed how they would follow up with me and we're going forward from there. This was my first appointment with Dr. Rouvelas. His assistant was very warm and friendly; very attentive. Dr. Rouvelas was very courteous and checked-in with me before his next patient to let me know he would see me shortly. When I finally met with him it was a very positive, warm and caring experience. I really liked his overall approach as wholistic doctor. He asked me several questions, that most doctors don't generally ask. He really was concerned and took his time to learn more about me. He explained his background, his experience and how he's going to help me. I was so happy because he took his time. I didn't feel rushed. He wasn't looking at a clock or watch. He generally wanted to make sure he had enough info on me to formulate a plan that meets my needs. I highly recommend him for his professionalism. But I'd like to keep him to myself.
