The front desk clerk was a horrible experience. From the time I arrived and signed my name on the sheet, nobody acknowledged me for longer than 30 min. Once i introduced myself they collected the insurance card and the driver license and I was left to wait an hour until I lost patience and asked why was everybody ahead of me and what is going on. Only at that time they said they could not find me with the insurance carrier. I volunteered to help and call from my cell, to speed up the process. I had to return to work and was running out of time. They agreed I should call, yet when I reached the insurance career rep and was asked for the provider ID they would not share that info neither they would take my cell and talk directly with the carrier...
