What you’ll do:
- Manage relationships with doctors and senior executives
- Conduct ROI analyses and build performance reports to renew accounts
- Focus on client retention with an entrepreneurial spirit
- Proven experience: minimum 3 years phone sales or account management
- The ability to think on your feet in a fast-paced environment while coordinating with multiple teams across the company

- The ability to multitask and manage your own time while handling a steady workflow of cases
