Join ZocDoc as a Sales Operations and Strategy Associate! In this crucial role, you’ll do everything from creating new sales strategies to owning growth deliverables. Our business is expanding very quickly – we’re looking for future leaders.
What you’ll do:
- Define and execute sales strategies
- Implement ideas to improve sales effectiveness and productivity. That means optimizing coverage, go-to-market design, performance management, sales process, and selling infrastructure.
- Own delivery of key sales growth initiatives
- Work directly with every functional area of the team, including our executives.
- 3+ years of work experience in analytical roles, such as sales operations, strategy, management consulting, private equity, venture capital, and investment banking
- Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
- Independent and proactive work style; quick, flexible thinking; and an open, inquisitive approach
- Strong communication and presentation skills, and the ability to thrive in cross-functional teams
- Stellar academic record and “get it done” attitude
- Passion for technology and improving patients’ lives
