What you’ll do:
- Implement staffing strategies to grow a diverse and qualified candidate pool
- Maintain positive relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and new hires
- Build a significant sales candidate pool through cold calling and networking
- Develop new methods of finding top sales talent nationwide
- Become a ZocDoc advocate and professionally represent our company culture
- Act as a candidate advocate and manage hiring process through to on-boarding
- Able to demonstrate past success hiring sales candidates
- Self-directed, detail-oriented and exceptionally organized
- Able to identify talent and nurture relationships with candidates
- Passionate about hiring and 100% metrics-driven
- Incredibly entrepreneurial with an “own it” attitude
