I'm so happy that Dr. Cheng is my orthodontist! I had a tongue thrust appliance in my teeth which was told by my previous orthodontist that I needed to wear it for at least 2 years. Having it checked with Dr.Cheng for the first time, she advised me it was ready to be taken off (I wore it for about 1.5 years). So happy since it was just pain (and looked awful..) She then recommended me Invisalign to straighten my teeth! Nine months later, I just finished and my teeth looks AMAZING. Dr. Cheng is down-to-earth and answers any questions or concerns you may have. I would recommend her to anyone who is struggling with finding an orthodontist. Thank you Dr. Cheng!

Though they seemed to get my appointment time wrong (I scheduled for 11 am and they had me down for 12) I still got in right away. I waited around 10 minutes before I got into a chair and started thewhole process. The person who helped me, Audrey, was extremely friendly. Her and Dr. Cheng made the whole process comfortable and almost fun. Staff are trained well. Overall, I had a positive experience here.
