friendly. attentive. everyone in the office smiles.
All the girls there were super nice and attentive. They answered all my questions and made me feel so comfortable. Dr. Concepcion was so nice and no rush at all. Will come back!!
Very professional staff. Excellent service.
Great! Professional, efficient -- answered all of my questions :)
The process was really easy - I love that you can fill out all your forms online prior to the visit. The visit ran smoothly and on time and the staff were really nice. The only criticism I would have is the actual exam room - it was in rough shape and looked dirty which was off-putting.
She was excellent, great care and advice. I would go back for all my check ups.
The Doctor was nice and made me feel relaxed. It was a nice visit.
Dentist was good but office is disorganized and very busy.
Total appointment for cleaning and x rays over two hours, they have you discuss insurance and follow up after you see dentist but after waiting 20 mins at the 2 hour 15 mark I left and could not wait around anymore. Scheduled a 1pm appointment and dental hygienist was on lunch until 2pm so no real planning here.
Friendly staff, quick treatment, recommended!
I've had a horrible experience with Group Health Dental. I spent more time in the lobby and getting x-rays done than actually speaking with the doctor. She did not explain the procure she wanted to complete in detail whatsoever. When I went in to get the procedure done, I was completely misquoted and they wanted to charge me significantly more. I asked to cancel the entire procedure and went to a much more reputable place. It's been over 2 weeks and I still haven't received my refund for a procedure, which never happened. On top of that, they also billed my insurance without completing any services!
Despite my rave review, something to note. This is a dental group and I came in for an exam and cleaning, and I saw 3 different people: the assistant for X rays, Dr. Concepcion for the exam and a hygienist for the cleaning. Is this normal? I only saw one person for everything at my old dentist, who I sadly had to leave because of insurance changes. Anyway, Dr. Concepcion was really good, she's young, vibrant and gets to the point. She doesn't baby you nor does she condescend. I had nothing major so it was a very pleasant visit. The hygienist must have been new because I had to ask to rinse my mouth (blood and spit had collected generously) and she seemed like she was still feeling out the equipment. She did a good job besides that. Slight negative is the front desk--I asked if my insurance would cover a night guard (suggested by Dr. Concepcion) and the young woman looked pissed that she had to call the insurance company. Someone else had to help her get to the right person. Otherwise, good place overall, clean and efficient. I guess this is my new spot now.
Quality, friendly service, though the office vibe seemed to be more chaotic than organized. The dentist taking care of me remarked that she had been double-booked for another patient at the time she saw me.
Good overall service. Happy with their responsiveness and location is convenient. Environment was good and is fairly clean.
