She seemed nice but I felt like an inconvenience rather than a new patient. We weren't properly introduced. She did not take the time to tell me about the practice. It was all very impersonal and rushed. I left my jobearly for the appointment and I felt that my teeth cleaning wasn't as thorough as it could be --with respect to removing plaque.

She was nice but unfortunately they didn't tell me my insurance wouldn't cover the work I needed upfront. Instead they gave me expensive amounts for what I need. Not happy about that.
