First impression means a lot and this place failed. I got seen promptly after filling out my paper work but then I waited almost an hour before they started. No one up front had any idea that my xtrays were sentover. I had to let the tech know before she started xtrays. After 30 plus mins of that, I had to call the office myself to see if the xtrays were sent. After I spoke to the other office all of a sudden they received them. I was brought back again because they wanted xtrays on the back of my teeth. Asked if my insurance covered, no one knew the answer. Just assumed since it's been a year since my last xtray. One of the techs brought my back again to take the xtrays then I was brought back into the exam room. Waited another 20-30mins before the Dentist came in to check my teeth. After that was done was told I had a cavity and some teeth staining. I was asked by the tech to follow her up front. To find out I had to make an appointment for my teeth cleaning. Wasn't told by the office or zocdoc that your first visit would be an evaluation and they don't do teeth cleanings for new patients. Wasted my entire afternoon for nothing. Made an appointment for teeth cleanings but might cancel my appointment and go elsewhere.

I came in here scared, shaking, and wanted to walk out. I have very bad teeth that need a lot of work. The staff is FANTASTIC :) very family oriented, very friendly, very very comforting. They explain everything they are goingto do. They are very gentle. I highly recommend coming here if you are scared you will no longer be scared of the dentist after you come here.
