I was so very happy with my visit. Both Dr. Chai & all the staff were cheerful, friendly and welcoming.
I was very pleased with the entire team. I've been referring Dr. Chai since I left his office. Thank you Dr. Chai to you and your team. Looking forward to seeing you all again soon.
The wait time is terrible! I waited longer than the procedure took! The waiting room is crowded and uncomfortable. I am considering finding a new dentist because of the poor administration. THe healthcare was fantastic.
Everyone from the registration to check out was just amazing! The dental assistant was very personable and Dr. Chai is just wonderful. The young lady at check out with billing was thorough and professional. The office was clean and welcoming. I will see them again in February.
Fantastic! Very personable. Gave me all possible alternatives to an implant, and recommended a professional in a different practice for an extraction. Great, knowledgeable guyz
This was my first visit to Bear-Glasgow Dental. I was not aware that there are two entrances to the office. I later was informed that it depends on the Dentist you are seeing and the day of the week. This information was not apparent to me on the Zocdoc appointment reminders. I entered the first floor office. Another patient was in the waiting room standing at the receptionist's window. The receptionist was on the phone. After almost ten minutes, the receptionist opened the window and asked everybody to sit down and she would get to them. I finally left and went upstairs, where the reception crew was kind enough to check me in (ten minutes late for my appt.) and let me know where I needed to go for the appt. Bad first impression. Dr. Chai was great! He patiently and thoroughly responded to all my questions.
no wait time, which was great. the initial staff member doing my xrays informed me that cleaning and x-rays are done on 2 separate visits, which I was not made aware of prior to my appointment. She was rude after I asked her if I could be scheduled the same day or the next day. Instead, they were able to fit my cleaning in the same day. The hygienist doing the cleaning seemed rush during it. She was not perceptive at all to my reaction when she was cleaning the sensitive areas. She never properly suctioned the water while cleaning so I had to continually swallow some of the water throughout the cleaning. Dr. Chai was great to deal with, but due to the whole experience, I will not be returning for future cleanings or procedures.
Very nice doctor. Made me feel very welcomed
