It started fine till we get to the cleaning part and the doctor spent not even 5 min cleaning my teeth after his assistant polished my teeth before even cleaning them. Then after leaving I came to realize that mi back teeth haven't been cleaned up. The doctor was more concerned about getting me to do the teeth maintenance more than cleaning my teeth in the right way. I was really disappointed. I will look for a new doctor
It's better than expected.
Dr. Solemainejad was very friendly and professional. He made my vist very comfortable and enjoyable.
They did not have record of my appointment when I arrived. They got me in anyway. The tools are old and I was being soaked with water during my cleaning. The technician left gritty polish in my mouth and I had to ask for a cup of water and get out of the chair to rinse and spit at a sink.
I would suggest cleaning up the room. The mini blinds were broken/crooked, the poster frame was falling apart with pieces on the ground, the extra chair for a guest was extremely old and looked broken, the light on the dentist chair is cracked, and the entire room could use some cleaning and paint. I understand it is an old building, but the room and equipment could look a lot better. The front reception area seemed fine and the overall service was fine. I was also disappointed that I spent all the time to fill out the paperwork online on this website, and had to redo it all when I got to the office.
Aside from the 10-minute wait (even though I had the earliest appointment of the day), my visit went smoothly. Dr. Solemaninejad took the time to explain everything to me (e.g., results of X-rays, etc.), which was helpful. I would recommend Dr. Solemaninejad to anyone looking for a new dentist.
I was very nervous to get a procedure done, and everyone in the office made me feel very comfortable. Thank you!
The doctor didn't greet meet, didn't introduce himself. Didn't tell me what he was going to do. He was very impatient and unprofessional. He didn't tell me he was done once he finished the procedure. He just left the room and never came back. His assistant on the other hand was very friendly and professional. I am supposed to go back in few weeks but I will be looking for another dentist to finish the work.
The person at the front desk was very friendly. However, the hygienist (I'm guessing that was her job title because she never introduced herself!) was not friendly at all. She began taking my x-rays without explaining what she was going to do. She then walked away without a word. The dentist looked in my mouth for less than 30 seconds and began diagnosing multiple cavities prior to my teeth even being cleaned (they also never completed a dental cleaning). They left me lying completely flat down in the chair for about 15 minutes without anyone telling me when someone would be back. The dentist then told me he could possible call my insurance company and see if they would "cut me a deal". I've never heard someone say that nor do I think that is something that occurs in an ethical office.
Great dentist, very friendly and professional. Answered all my questions and fixed all my teeth issues. I have highly recommended him already to friends and family in the DC area.
Very nice people, from the front desk, to the dental assistant, to the DMD. My only complaint would be that the facility was a little aged: I was not impressed with the equipment or location. Other than that, great experience.
Great visit! We will be back.
The dental hygienist was very rough while doing the cleaning. At the end of everything I ended up with several lesions on the inside of my mouth. The device that they use to take xrays is neat looking, however, it also hurt the inside of my mouth.
My appointment was running a little behind schedule, but everyone else was seen right on time. I had to get a filling and I was very nervous about the whole thing (not the biggest fan of the dentist). Dr. Solemaninejad waited long enough for the numbing cream and Novocain to take effect, so I felt nothing during my filling. At the end of my first check up appointment, the receptionist let me know how much my filling would be, so there were no surprises at the end of the appointment. Overall, a good experiences at the dentist.
Staff and doctor were all very nice. TVs in each examination cube, which I liked. Was able to watch between seeing hygenist and dentist.
Professional, friendly and respectful. What appeared to be treatment of other patients while I myself was being treated extended the stay in the dental chair for much longer than I anticipated. I guess a busy practice but it will be good if two crown work be less than almost 4 hours that this took. Other than that, it was a good visit and will continue with this Dentist as it stands.
I didnt appreciate the way he spoke to his assistant Cindy, I guess the work was done right IDK. I was in alot of pain when I went and also had cavities that needed to be filled. I just dont think I will be coming back. Dont like to bad mouth people but this was a frightening experience for me. Maybe he was having a bad day IDK but I have never seen a dentist talk to his help the way he did. And the place could use a good cleaning. Guess being on medicaid you dont get treated as well as those who arent.
The staff was very nice, and the office was clean and easy to find. The Dentist was nice and patient and understanding with me being scared. If you want a good dentist you should try him.
Overall, I had a great time visiting his office. As soon as I walked through the door, I was greeted by first name by the receptionist and dental assistant. Their smiles set the tone for my whole experience there. They took me to the back right away. As I was walking through the office I noticed how clean it was. The room that I was stationed at had a TV that I could watch while waiting for my cleaning. During the whole process Dr. Solemaninejad made me feel comfortable. He would check with me during the process to make sure I was alright, and that made me feel like he really cared. Even though they were really busy, they got me in and out as quick as possible. I've been in dentist's offices way longer than I Was there. Unfortunately, I had a couple of cavities that needed to be filled but Dr. Solemaninejad did a good job with them. I barely felt the nova-cane needle and he gave me an excellent price for the work I had done. When it comes to dentists I'm not really picky, just as long as they do a good job. In the past I would go from dentist to dentist, but for the first time I've found an office I really liked and will make it a point to specifically go back there for my next cleaning. Thank you Dr. Solemaninejad!
Cindy did an excellent job!
I would visit Dr. Solemaninejad again he was so nice and gentle and caring. He took his time with all 8 of my fillings. Whenever water came out of my mouth he cared enough to wipe it away. Before he started he told me to raise my hand if I feel any pain and another thing is he explained to me what he was doing during my procedure. Which I liked.
Dr. Solemaninejad does excellent work and his fees are very reasonable when compared to other dentist. His office staff is professional and friendly and try to work with your schedule to get you in to see the doctor. I have only been a patient for a little over a year and I wish that I had found his office sooner.
He is an extremely patient and kind doctor and takes lots of time with his patients, HOWEVER every appointment I've made after my first one I've been asked to reschedule multiple times. The few times I agreed to reschedule it was almost an hour before he actually started working on my tooth. It also took 4 visits for a root canal and crown, which I've previously had done in 2. Again, good doctor, but his practice could be better organized.
Dr Homan was great. He was compassionate and made feel very welcome. He understood my financial situation and was very sympathetic to my dilemma . I trust him and I will be choosing him as my dentists. He really is great.
The entire staff was very friendly and helpful and the service went smoothly. I was given cost options for the work I needed done and the dentist explained everything he was doing and was sensitive to any pain I might have been experiencing. Top Notch crew!
Fue excelente, todo un profecional y muy atento.
Check in was very smooth and timely. I was taken back to the dentist room within a matter of minutes. The assistant took my background information and prepared the x-rays. After the x-rays and the dentist passing through to do an assessment, things take a bad turn. Before the dental assistant could begin cleaning my teeth, the front desk had to contact my insurance company to see what was and wasn't covered. This process too over 30 minutes and was very inconvenient. I am still not sure why this wasn't done prior to my visit being as the appointment was made two days ago. I provided all of my insurance information at that time. The entire process reminded me of going to a mechanic with your car. You wait and wait before the come and give you the estimate of what everything will cost. Then you get to decide what you want to have done. I was only there for a check up and cleaning. The entire process took well over an hour and a half. I didn't really get a very good explanation as to why it took this long, just several rushed apologies. The assistant did an excellent job with the cleaning, and made several suggestions for toothpaste and toothbrush options. I made a follow up for 6 months, but am not sure if I will keep it or not.
I think that the visit was "ok" the receptionist was more friendly than the ddntist n dental hygienist. They both seems a bit 'stuck up' and not welcoming. Said a few words to me but I really didn't feel comfortable. Didn't feel really welcome. Not alot of bedside manor or compassion. On top of speaking their "language" over me while administering the procedure. Without a care on the world. That to me is the ultimate disrespect!!!! If anything needs to b announced over me speak "English" the universal language! Idk if if go back to them. Besides the receptionist. But I'm gonna tell her how I feel so she can pass it on...it's only right!
The front desk staff is extremely kind and great. Unfortunately I can't tell the same thing about professionals
The dental hygenist was slightly careless in cleaning my teeth, often poking my gums accidentally with her cleaning tools or using excessive force while flossing. I'm no crybaby, but I had to ask her to be more gental. There were also an excessive number of flies in the office, making me question the cleanliness of the surroundings. It's a convenient location but I will probably continue to shop around for another dentist.
Very good experience
The office could use a makeover, but it was decent. Dr. Solemaninejad was a little curt with his assistant, but he is very professional and answered all of my questions.
