The entire staff was incredible. The receptionist was more than helpful and thorough. The manager of the office ensured all my questions were answered. The nurse calmed me down prior to my wisdom tooth extraction. The doctor was professional and friendly. I had little pain following due to his expertise. That following Monday the office called to check in of how I was feeling. I highly recommend this office and Dr. Shah.
Thanks to dr shah and staff. I was so scared but dr shah was great
An absolute pro. I was very nervous- he made me so comfortable! Quick and easy procedure. No problems at all. Highly highly recommended. I can’t remember the last time I had such a stress free visit—-probably because I’d never had one before this!
Starting with the location: the outside appearance wasn't very convincing, how ever i read the reviews and stayed. Its actually upstairs which is pretty eye appealing. The Staff had amazing personality; very polite and engaging. Had to get 2 teeth removed ended up getting 6, the process was pretty quick and painless. Doc knows what he is doing. I would recommend this place to anyone especially Heathfirst participants
Professional! Awesome job! Will recommend to anyone! Thank you again!
Funny, made me feel comfortable, easy to talk to, and he certainly knows what he is doing.
Great experience, will go again soon to have 1 more tooth extraction as soon as I am financially able, highly recommended.
Friendly office staff. I wasn’t in a great mood after waiting so long, but they helped me feel better during the visit. Definitely recommend.
I was really nervous about seeing an Oral Surgeon. Dr Shah made me feel very comfortable. He explained the process very thoroughly before the surgery and was very easy to talk to. He was very honest with me and made sure i was comfortable with the treatment plan before he started. I was in a lot of pain before the surgery and now i feel so much better. Dr Shah's staff was very friendly and caring for me after the surgery. They made sure i was okay before leaving, reminded me to pick-up my prescriptions and also called me the next day to check how i was feeling. The office was beautiful and i would highly recommend Dr Shah to anyone looking for an Oral Surgeon.
Thank you Dr.Shah!!! :)
It was the best experience I’ve ever had in a dentist office. I would definitely recommend this place.
While he was personable, I did notice a unbelievably tint and uncomfortable waiting area downstairs. The upstairs waiting area was even worse. He provided great bedside decorum but after my son's procedure they lacked follow through. I watched my son being led out of the procedure room extremely and unbelievably incoherent. He had soaked gauze in his mouth while he was led out to the general waiting area. I had to request and follow up on 3 occasions about changing his gauze. I had to request pain killers. It seems after the procedure, you are on your own to fend for yourself with no follow up instructions. They lack to provide post procedural in office etiquette and support. I did at rhat point take a look at another tiny room and saw patients who had various procedures sitting, trying to recover from their procedure. I had made an appointment for a cleaning for myself and do plan on cancelling. The problem I the world today with many businesses is MONEY. While customer service with the office clerk was superb, the hands on staff and Dr. needs a reminder that we are all human. The environment post procedure felt like a conveyor belt. Its one patient, then the next patient while they are counting dollars signs $ made for that day.
The wait was two hours. Staff and doctor were apologetic. I didn’t have other plans so I wasn’t frustrated, but typically that’s way too long of a wait for only a consult. Overall good experience. MD seems knowledgeable and the patients in the office had good things to say about the doctor.
Dr. Shah was friendly and very easy to talk to. He explained everything thoroughly and made sure I was okay throughout my procedure. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for an oral surgeon in the area.
