About Dr. Randy Lunenfeld
Randy Lunenfeld, DDS
Dr. Randy Lunenfeld received his doctor of dental surgery in 2001 from New York University after completing the prestigious accelerated 7 year Bachelor/DDS program, finishing his degree a year early. Along the way he was awarded numerous scholarships and awards. He went on to complete an Advanced Education in General Dentistry residency at New York University where he was Associate Chief Resident and received advanced training in highly technical areas of dentistry such as implant dentistry, periodontal therapy and endodontic therapy. Following, he completed yet another residency program at Peninsula Hospital Center where he was Chief Resident and received training in treating trauma cases, advanced oral surgery, and advanced prosthodontics among many other areas. Dr. Lunenfeld has also presented at the Greater New York Dental Meeting which is the largest healthcare and dental event in the United States. Furthermore, he is certified by the Academy of Laser Dentistry to perform laser dentistry.
Outside of dentistry, Dr. Lunenfeld loves travelling, is an avid reader and is an active member in his community.

I have been going to this dentist for the last few years. I have had negative experiences with dentists in the past and I was worried the first time that I had an appointment with him that I was going to have a negative experience as well but I really have to say that he is an incredible dentist. He is very kind and answers any questions you may have. The ladies at the front desk are also very nice and friendly. They make you feel welcomed. The office is very up to date and clean! There is also ample parking. I am so glad that I have finally found a great local dentist!

My family and I have been with Village Family Dental for many years and service has always been wonderful. The staff is pleasant and professional, the office and patient rooms are clean and Dr. Lunenfeld takes great care of our teeth. My last visit which was during the pandemic, was the same. The necessary protocols are in place and they continue to provide excellent service.
