Dr. Vu Thai received a BS degree in Biochemistry from Temple University in May 1999. In May 2002, he received his MS in Biomedical Science from Philadelphia College Osteopathic of Medicine (PCOM). In May 2006, Dr. Thai received his Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from Temple University School of Dentistry (TUSoD). Upon graduation, Dr. Thai began an Advanced Education of General Dentistry (AEGD) residency program at Naval Medical Center San Diego (NMCSD), CA, which he completed in July of 2007. Dr Thai served in the US Navy as a Dental Corps Officer for 4 years. At present time, he is working in private practice and working on his MBA degree. Dr. Thai is also a U.S. Navy Reserve dentist, currently stationed at MCAS Miramar
providing oral health services to the men and women of the U.S. Navy and Marine Corps.
As a dentist, Dr. Thai has several goals. He aims to provide high-quality comprehensive dentistry at an affordable price while treating all those who walk through our doors as family. During your visit, he will strive to earn your trust by getting to know you personally, answering any questions or concerns that you may have, and providing information on all aspects of oral health. Finally, in order to provide high-quality care, he pledges to continually keep abreast of the latest techniques and materials in dentistry.
Dr. Thai frequently volunteers for Mission of Mercy dental projects to bring dental care to those in need, especially homeless and veterans. A man of many interests, Dr. Thai also enjoys traveling, working on his house and spending time with his wife and children. …
