So I came in about 45 minutes early because I was a lot closer to her than I assumed, but that extra time was used to fill out new patient paperwork and get referrals from my insurance, which they made really easy. Loved that part especially because I've gotten exhausted dealing with insurance practices. The waiting room is very comfortable and just cozy. You forget you're even at the dentists office (both a blessing and a curse lol). And the staff there, literally everyone, is so courteous and loves getting to know you better, they thoroughly explain all the work they're going to do and how, and how they can work with you to give you the best results. Honestly, I don't know where you would find a better dentist than Dr. Chi, because after my mom meet her she wanted to change dentists if her insurance allowed it.
