Dr. Borzoo is legitimately an angel in Los Angeles waiting to bless whoever finds him and walks through his door. Seriously though. Finding this office was one of the best things I’ve done for myself. This place is a gift. If you are at all anxious to go to the dentist (like..erm.. some of us.. ) (me), LOOK NO FURTHER. This is the place you get over that fear. This is the place where you forget you ever had any fear at all. I unfortunately had a little bit of a misfortunate planning incident and had to reschedule and then still ended up unfortunately walking in almost an hour later. They could not have been kinder or more welcoming. NO JUDGMENTAL SIDE EYE. I walked in so embarrassed and they seriously were the sweetest group I could have ever hoped for. They were extremely kind and reassured me over and over and over that it happens all the time. I didn’t even have to wait long to see him despite my being so late. Further, I was anxious and nervous and they were ridiculously patient with me— making sure I was comfortable every single step of the way, explaining everything as they did it (a rare amount of personable customer care that you don’t expect from an average dentist/doctors office). It turns out I had my (first ever) cavity—two actually. A situation which would normally kill me with fear. Dr. Borzoo and his entire office went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. They let me come back for the filling the next day instead, so I could mentally prepare! Day of, I was shaking I was so scared—- result? LITERALLY PAINLESS. It was genuinely unbelievable. I was actually shocked. It took 5-10 minutes per tooth, AT MOST. Dr. Borzoo offered me local anesthesia to further soothe my fear, and turned on a relaxing video of the ocean and palm trees. He kept asking me throughout the process if I was okay— there wasn’t a moment that I felt afraid or in the unknown or alone. It is like the entire office is working to make sure each patient is comfortable and feels literally zero pain. I walked out of the office forget afraid, but literally LOOKING FORWARD to my next dentist visit. This is the kind of place you want to come back to. You feel immediately that you are in good hands. These are people that treat you like a friend— a real human, not an anon on a long list of clientele or a random number on a roster of no name patients. The office feels like a family, and the moment you walk through their door— they treat you like a part of that family. Never anything less. They seriously don’t settle for anything but every single patient’s comfort and above and beyond satisfaction. I AM WITH DR. BORZOO AND HIS OFFICE. AND HERE TO STAY. I told my boyfriend and he is EXCITED to make an appointment. For the DENTIST. For the first time in his life. Just do yourself a favor guys. Call them. My personal guarantee that you will NOT regret it. Thank you Dr. Borzoo and team for letting me be absolutely confident that I am in good hands. You guys have forevermore changed the meaning of “going to the dentist” for me. You rock.
