My husband was a patient of Dr. Parker since he was a toddler. His parents and siblings were also his patients. We met Dr. Reddy when he became an associate with Dr. Parker years ago. Since then, I have been so pleased with his services. My husband and I as well as my daughters have been his patients. In fact, just a few weeks ago, my oldest daughter was in a lot of pain from an infected wisdom tooth. Dr. Reddy and Sanjay stayed late to help her!!!! And, Dr. Reddy has also helped my 99 year old dad over the past few years. He is still blessed with his own teeth (just not as many) and he is "old school" about dental care. Dr. Reddy is very respectful and listens to my dad's concerns and engages him in all of his treatment plans. I just had a cavity filled today. It was on the outside surface of a prominent tooth. I was able to go back to work without experiencing any discomfort. When I came home, I tried to locate the site of the filling. For the life of me, if I had not seen that cavity this morning, I would never believe one had ever existed. Dr. Reddy is both a dentist and an artist! As for his staff, they are outstanding as well!!!! What a team of caring professionals! I could share wonderful stories how each and every one of them have helped me, but I shall focus on an event that happened today. My appointment was at 12:15. I arrived at 12:17 and I was being prepped for the filling by 12:21 (I know because I saw the time on my cell as I was silencing it). Mary asked me in a heightened tone of voice "Have you been waiting since noon???????" I assured her that my appointment was at 12:15 and not noon and she was greatly relieved. "Oh, that's better. I thought you had been waiting all that time!!" See what I mean? Great service! I am most grateful.
