Dr. Keck and everyone at the office were great! The receptionist was very helpful sorting through my insurance information and scheduling my next appointment quickly, and I didn't have to wait long once I arrived - less than 10 minutes. During the appointment, both Dr. Keck and her assistant, Serena, did a great job explaining to me what they were doing and were very receptive to any discomfort I expressed and adjusted accordingly. I have always had very sensitive teeth and been nervous during dental appointments, but they eased my fears. Another thing I really appreciated was that Dr. Keck was aware and sensitive to the potential financial impact of some services beyond the cleaning itself. For instance, she had the receptionist check with my insurance to make sure the X-rays she wanted to do would be covered. For another treatment she recommended, she immediately noted that it wasn't usually covered by insurance and let me know how much it would be. Despite the recommendation, she did not pressure me to do it, and I'm thankful for that. Dr. Keck ended up uncovering some significant issues and was extremely patient, kind, and informative in explaining to me what the next steps would be. She answered all of my questions. I cannot recommend her and this office enough, especially for someone like me who is normally very uncomfortable at the dentist!
Everyone at the office was polite and friendly especially my dental hygienist Christine Mary Joyce, she should be a dentist herself. Dr Anya P was also very respectful. I am normally very frightened of my dentist visits, all doctors and assistants kept me feeling at ease the whole visit. I will reccomend their work to all my friends.
I thought he was a great dentist. Definatly new exactly what he was doing. The receptionist was a really nice lady and. The assistant was really nice too. She cleaned my teeth and did a wonderful job. I actually made an appointment for my boyfriend with no problems.Thank you!!

The care was good and it was easy to make appointments. I frequently felt like she was recommending unnecessary care. A few times she filled cavities without telling me she had done so until after. It would have been nice to receive a little more information about what she was doing and what the options were.
