I was able to book an appointment with Dr. Colombo for the very next day. I was about 10 minute late to my appointment despite arriving to the building 10 minutes early because the parking situation was a disaster. There is an underground lot if all the surface spots are tight but I had to wait in a line of cars in order to get a space. I wish I would've known this as I would have plotted more time. The waiting room was very busy and warm. The front desk staff was very courteous, answered my questions and attended to me promptly despite how busy they were. I waited less than 5 minutes after finishing check-in to be seen. The medical assistant asked me a few questions and then I waited about 10 minutes for Dr. Colombo to come in. I was there for a variety of unrelated, non-serious reasons. She was very nice and listened to and answered most of my questions but it felt like she had one foot out the door the entire time I was there. I felt uncomfortable asking her to check out a couple of my moles when that wasn't my primary reason for being there. All told, she was probably in the room for about 7 minutes. Again, front desk staff and medical assistant were excellent, they were very sensitive to cost concerns of my prescriptions and provided me with coupons to bring down the cost, as well as recommended a specialty online pharmacy to get even lower cost for one that were not covered by my insurance.
