I had a very personal and depressing and frustrating lesion that I needed zapped (a STD related one)...Dr. Passalacqua was extremely friendly and generous with her time and answering any questions I had about it and listening to my short rant about another previous doc and overall anxiety about the issue. He is so nice and so are the ladies at the receptionist desk. I went in after filling out all the paper work via Zocdoc which was awesome because when I got in I only had to look over it and make sure it was correct. He is nice and great!
