I liked the doctor very much, but had issues with the appointment process. I made my appointment on ZocDoc, which was confirmed. However, the doctor's office called me a couple of days later to say that they needed to change the time by 45 minutes. I filled out the forms online, as suggested so as to save time. However, once I got to the doctor's office, they had another entire set of forms, asking the same questions. These aren't deal breakers, just inconveniences. However, I question the point of making an appointment and filling out everything online if none of that is "honored" by the office.

I was looking for a dermatologist and Zoc Doc sent me to this physician but unfortunately he's actually a cardiologist. The doctor I saw was fine but the appointment was a waste of my time. Not using this service again.

Doctor and nurses were all very friendly and professional. I would definitely give them five stars if it weren't for the wait time. I had initially scheduled an appt for 1:45 and received an email the morning of my appt saying the doctor had rescheduled me for 1:25 That was a little concerning because I had not been contacted by the office and had planned the appointment around my lunch break. I changed my scheduled and arrived at 1:25 but was not taken to a room until 2:50. By the time I left shortly before 3:30 I was well past my lunch break and had had to call a client and cancel an appointment. If it weren't for the very extensive wait time I would have been 100% happy with the service. Dr Glassman was very polite and got me in/out quickly while still acknowledging my concerns.
