Good bedside manner and deff explains everything to you very thoroughly, but a few things irked me about the practice. First went to the midtown location, took an EKG, but wasn't able to do an echo? A sign of them wanting you to go back so you can pay another copay, but fine. So unorganized, came in and out of the room numerous times looking for his stethoscope. Front desk takes my license to book an appt and never returns it. I have to ask for my license back. Made the appt for the echo at the uptown location. Receptionist rude and extremely unprofessional, another turn off. Anyway go in for the echo and the computer that the echo machine is connected to is uploading software and was asked to wait for it to finish! Ummm did we not know there was an appt at that time and upload that another time? waited 15 minutes for it to upload and it still wasn't finished, "Do you mind if we wait a little longer?", he asks. Waited another 10 minutes just being a nice guy, things happen and still not ready and again asks me if i can wait till it finishes. Finally had to say no because i have other things to do. So unorganized its not even funny. Only person that seemed to be on top of things was his assistant. Sorry i forgot her name, but she was the taller woman who was very kind and welcoming. Next I had to schedule a stress test which didn't call me for an appt for over 2 weeks!!! They just left a voicemail and didn't bother calling back. Thanks, but no thanks. Wont go back …read more

Dr. Dele-Michael was great! The office was clean and I had a very short wait time to be seen and that was after I came late. I found him to be pleasant professional. What I loved the most was the amount of information I was given. I went in as part of my preventative health plan. Dr. Dele-Michael shared a lot of information about how different factors can affect my health, what I can look out for and some steps I could take now that would help me.
