I really enjoyed my visit with Dr. O. She was very patient with me and walked me through everything. Her staff was also very patient with me. I will definiely go back.
Love the energy
I travel an hour just to go to the doctor's. I love Dr. Otiji. She is the best.
Very personable and pleasant. I like that I never feel rushed. For this reason I don't mind waiting my turn. The staff is also professional and nice.
She is the best doctor. She really cares about her patients. She always provides the best care possible.
I knew the wait would take awhile because her office is currently short providers, however I am willing to wait for Dr. Otiji. She is very efficient, and although very busy, her bedside manner is excellent and she is attentive.
The bathrooms are dirty as always, they thought I was a walk in because their system didn't have an option for appts made on Zoc Doc. The assistant asked me to basically do my own Pap smear bc I saw a male doc, I love Dr. Otiji but I need to find a better establishment
She's thoughtful, actually listens and is helpful.
Loved the doctor and the staff was very nice and professional!
I expressed to her that I felt my medications needed to be tweaked and after reviewing my blood work she agreed and took me off of 3 of 4 medications . I participate in my health care gotta love that
Using the tablet to fill out my medical history was very good. It reduced asking staff questions. The medical assistant was also very helpful in getting me to relax before seeing the Doctor.
My visit with Dr. Otiji was very good. My children were new patient for her but she was very professional. The nursing staff was just as professional. They made my girls feel comfortable which made me feel good. I don't want to miss spell her name but I want to send a special thanks to the nurse for taking the time out for my baby girl that just had to have a shot..??..
I made a same day appt. Got a complete physical plus lab work done. A one stop shop with a great Dr and technician
I love her & her staff is polite. The young lady who did my blood work was very pleasant & funny. They just need to make sure the bathroom is clean & they keep patients updated if they are running behind.
Everyone was very polite and courteous. They really took care of me and made me feel totally at ease I would strongly recommend this facility to everyone.
Awesome Visit. In and Out
Everyone was great!
My wait time was long mainly because of insurance issues and my appointment happened to be on a day when Dr. Otiji had to be out for an emergency. The office location is easily accessible and has parking. Although the location/environment can be stressful for the reception staff, they could work on being more polite and attentive to patients. As someone who works with the public each day, I have learned killing people with kindness will help you get through the day. The stress shows on their face and in their demeanor. Thank you for providing your services, Dr. Otiji!
Loved the doctor, and her bedside manner. Wish the wait had been shorter.
Location is awesome for me. I would say front desk has the most welcoming staff and that can be worked on maybe it was the end of the day. I arrived 20 minutes early as a new patient checked in on time. waiting room is spacious. I waited more than 30 minutes after appointment to be triaged :( but the clinical staff was awesome. The MA was great her attitude was positive and she apologized for the wait. I finally got to exam room . DR was pleasant great bedside manner and up to date with the EMR system.
As always she is attentive and is able to ascertain EXACTLY what the issue is. She is so very good at what she does and (unlike my former PC) I absolutely love going to the Dr now!! YAY DOC!!
I was VERY skeptical about seeing a new Dr after having been with my old GP about 16+years. My old GP was not located where I moved to and VERY much need to find someone who was able to listen and give me a reality check (smile). I had been trying to do some natural remedies for diabetes/hypertension, etc...none of which worked because I became overwhelmed with the supplements. Dr. Otiji listened, and after I told her I was 'tired of being tired', and just want to get this fixed, she smiled and said okay. I had an entire sheet of questions, and she addressed each one. I have had a follow up appointment, and am going back this week for another one. I absolutely LOVE her and Geraldine --- they have made this transition painless. Even though I am on all the meds I was once off of, Dr. Otiji promises that once my levels are back down, we will back off the meds. I left there feeling very hopeful, and helped!!!
Once my daughter was put in the system as a new patient then it did not take too much time to be called to the back. The Dr was very professional, pleasant and helpful. Will definitely consider using the Dr as primary care physician.
I was not happy with the wait time. I did enjoy my visit with Dr. Adora Otiji she had great bedside manner and she was able to answer all my questions and concerns with a clear, professional and understandable answer.
This is an urgent care facility and I wasn't aware of that until I pulled up to the building. I walked into a FULL office and I had an appointment that was at 1pm. I wasn't seen until AFTER 2:30pm. Never again. The doctor was very nice though but usually when I make an appointment it's because I want to be seen around that time. I feel like I made the appointment for no reason and it didn't matter that I had one. Never again.
It was great. Listens well and does her job. No complaints.
Excellent service!!!! Highly recommended....
It was great! The staff was nice and everything was done in a timely manner.
I absolutely love this office and all who work in it. My initial visit was for a D.O.T. physical. They treated me so well that I made them my primary care provider. Family owned. Father and daughter team are outstanding caregivers. The staff make me feel like I belong here. Sometimes they are more busy than usual, but it is an urgent care facility. They leave that other urgent care place (P×××××First) in the dust. I make that long drive from La Plata to Upper Marlboro and back but it is worth it. Very informal and very modern. This is a one stop place for ALL your medical needs. Feels like family at the office.
Very caring and professional staff from the front desk to Geraldine.
Dr. Otiji was very friendly. I asked a load of questions and she didn't make me feel stupid for asking them. She wasn't rushing through the appointment either. Wait time was minimal even though I got there early which I was extremely grateful for. I would highly recommend her.
It was my first visit and it went well..I will go again..
Dr. Otiji seems to be very conscientious and concerned. She is ordering my records from my former Doc's office and we will go from there
I love Dr. Otiji. I am so happy that I was able to find her. She is now my primary physician.
They are very professional and always nice.
I enjoy my visits. We are in at our appt time and out within 30 minutes.
This is an ER/Urgent care and you will wait like you're at the ER. I had an appt due to closed lanes on the beltway I was 5 mins late but I called ahead of my scheduled time to give them a heads up. They are located in a shopping center but on the side so don't feel lost. Parking is very limited on the side so you most likely will have to park in the front and walk to the office. I waited for an hour then was taken to the back where I waited another 20 mins until I spoke up and asked when I would be seen. The doctor I saw was not who I saw in the pics while making my appointment. Her feet was exposed and ashy, he hair was in a natural style however it was not kept and I kept staring at her expose bra strap the entire time (did I forget to add this turned out to be the same women that walked past my room and stood in the corner as I asked the very polite young lady when I would be seen). Once I asked to be seen soon she walks in lookkng nothing like a doctor, didn't apologize for the wait or lack if consideration for my time. She touched my knee and went on a rant about keeping off my feet and staying away for heavy exercises or football, basketball. Nothing about me says I play football or basketball. She said she would call me in some meds and walked to the front to give her recommendation and write me a referral for an X-ray should the problem continue in 2 weeks since it's already been 3 weeks and I'm still havin severe knee aches. She walked away without taking the time to apologize for my wait with an appointment or anything else that didn't go professionally for my appointment. I was very disappointed by my entire experience and will never go back to this place or recommend it to anyone.
Seems as if they need more Dr's or less patients the wait was unbearable... Waited for 2hrs and was in to talk to the Dr for ten min
The staff is very friendly.
I loved the office.
Very nice doctors
I would highly recommend this office! I was able to fill out my "electronic paperwork " prior to my appointment. The staff was so courteous and helpful. Plus, this is also an urgent care facility. I was able to get several procedures done in one visit. What a time saver.
Dr. Otiji and her nurse Geraldine were awesome. Very professional and caring. I never felt rushed. I loved that I was able to have my blood drawn on site.
Great, staff and all.
Friendly staff, Dr. Ortigi is extremely knowledgable.
I was very impressed, the nurses were very nice and understanding.
Dr. Otiji is my Primary Care Provider. She is an excellent MD with a nurturing nature.
Dr. Otiji was very nice, personable, and approachable. I changed doctors because I was having trouble getting an appointment for a physical with my former doctor. Dr. Otiji informed me that they see everyone. I also liked that I was able to get my labwork done onsite instead of being referred to LabCorp like I am used to! I believe that I have found my new doctor!
My nurse and the doc were super friendly and it was my first time there
My experience was excellent. The staff was wonderful, nice, and extremely helpful. Two thumbs up.
good but I was neverson
She was nice and good.
Every thing went good.
I loved it! She was professional and friendly, assured that I was comfortable throughout the whole visit.
It was an overall good visit. I'll see her again in the future.
My first visit with her and I love, love love her as a doctor. Very professional yet personal....she was very concern about my comfort level
I normally don't' like going o see my primary care doctor but I have to say Dr. Adora was excellent she made me feel like she was listening to all my concerns not just for the reason that I was there but in general. I drove almost 2hrs to see her it was worth my drive. I went in with a lot of pain and left 80% better then when I went in. the staff is very pleasant also
I was not satisfied with the look of the office and staff was not as friendly as I feel they should be. The Doctor was professional and slightly mechanical, but if your dealing with a person and possible sickness I think being more pleasant and welcoming would be a better fit. Treating each personal as an idividual with a real smile helps.
It went great for my first visit!
The visit was great
The staff is nice but the office is very dated
She was very well mannered.I like her communication with me overall.
Although the staff is extrememly friendly, I've been there twice and had to wait over an hour. Dr. Otiji is very nice, but not personable. Just kind of comes in does what you're there for and goes. Very little communication. When it comes to me and my child's health there should be a little more communication and concern.
It was a positive experience. Her bedside manner is exceptional
The visit was nice...professional. But I wasn't seen for more than an hour after my appointment time.
The visit was the best urgent care place I've been to in a long time
I felt that she was very warm and friendly and understanding.
Went Very Well , Didn't Have To Explain Much She Got To The Point Of What I Had To Do!
I really like them I would defiantly return in a yr.
I love going there they are very good at what they do. Dana and Joseaphine at front desk are awesome.
Understanding and make me laugh the whole time almost, it eased my pain. Thank you so much.
Good visit as always
She is great
Dr. Otiji has the best bedside manner. She listens and is very knowledgeable. She makes sure to cover all of your history for a diagnosis.
Rooms are not fit for patient privacy
Easy & convenient.
They were super nice and helpful. It was very private and high tech. I loved how much they generally cared. Very pleasant experience!
It was wonderful :)
I thought the visit was a complete waste of time. The office was pretty old and the equipment looked outdated. They took my urine sample in a cup that looked like it came in a 200 pack at Walgreens. I gave the doctor an in depth description of my health issue and she gave me no insight on what the cause could possibly be. I left no more educated on my ailment as when I walked in. It's an Urgent Care facility so I'm assuming the bulk of their patrons are there for drug testing and not primary medical care.
Not only was I seen right away on a Tuesday morning. Everyone from the reception staff and nurses to the doctor were friendly and welcoming. They chatted with patients like old friends. It was my first time...easiest "first visit" ever.
I waited at this clinic for more than an hour. She finally came to my ward (which was a ghetto little closet size space ward) she had no scrubs on or anything. Just checked my pulse really quick and heartbeat and wrote me a prescription for antibiotics. That was it!
Excellent service, she's a warm and friendly doctor. I'd see her again based upon this first visit.
A people person. Enformative, answered questions. Pleasing attitude.
I would like for her to be my primary care doctor.
I thought it went great. She is very friendly and its very clean there.
She answered all of my questions and my visit was great.
Love her, very comfortable environment and she's very easy to talk to. I really appreciate her.
She was very nice, not very welcoming though. She seemed kinda in a rush like she just wanted to get in and out! I went for a physical and she didnt give me a breast exam or any vaccines, or even offer the flu vaccine. I thought that was pretty strange, considering it is flu season.
No long wait. Very professional.
She was very friendly and demonstrated excellent bedside manner. I enjoyed the experience as much as was possible, considering this was a doctor's appointment!
She was extremely approachable and I felt immediately comfortable talking to her about the concerns that I had.
Dr. Otiji and staff were very nice and professional.
Dr. Otiji was very professional. she was warm, and caring with respect to my needs. I would recommend her for sure!!!! I liked her spirit! wonderful first impression for my first visit with Dr.Otiji. keep up the great work Doc!!!!! Vicky w .
Caring and patient.
the office was very friendly. but my visit just didnt seem complete i had a few problems and didnt see to get real anwsers. but she was very sweet but i just didnt feel like my exam was complete.she didnt really talk to me about the questions that i have or what i should take for the problems. i went for a physical but i didnt get a brest exam and i think that is very important in this time and day.
Doctor spent about 5 minutes with me (I had a cold). He concluded that I had congestion and that he would write me a prescription and then went on to say "your lungs sound good and..." Before his personal cell phone rang and then he said "go tell my staff your pharmacy info" and answered his phone and left the room. I found this to be not only rude, but very unprofessional on his part. Maybe it has to do with the whole urgent care environment (get patients out ASAP) - but this was not for me. I would recommend to others ONLY if they did not care about bedside manner and wanted to get in and out quickly without any real feedback of their condition. Otherwise, find a true primary care doctor.
She was very professional and to the point.
The visit with Dr. Otiji went well. She listens and sincerely cares about the well-being of her patients.
Dr. Otiji was very professional. She offered insight above what was expected, would definetly recommend Dr. Otiji and Omni Urgent Care.
Very kind and fun professional.
Excellent personality. I would visit this clinic again.
Very friendly doctor that listens and observes well. Pretty clean office which is always a plus. The biggest thing that amazes me is the technological signing in. It remembers you and you're not signing paperwork. It's all electronic which is tremendously convenient. I'm a fan and she is definitely my doctor.
Very friendly, professional and informative.
I loved it...its a very beautiful and calm environment..she answered any questions I had...I loved it because she got to know me personally
Very very pleasent women! She greets you with a big smile and I just felt very comfortable there!
She is a very good doctor and addressed all my concerns.
Dr Otiji was very personable and knowledgable and took her time with my son. The visit did not seem rushed and we had all our questions answered. Great experience.
I was very happy with my treatment and will return and recommend this facility to family and friends.
Here bedside manner was awesome.
This was my fist visit and I was impressed with the doctor and her staff. I hope it continues.
Dr. Otiji was very personable and made me feel at ease. I would definitely recommend her to others.
Friendly, great with children including my 15 mo old baby...highly recommend :)
well, I do not know what to say because I was so happy and satisfied. She is the best. that's what I would like to say.
The most advanced and professional medical office that I have visited. The practice uses state of the art technology to service patients. The staff saw me right away and Dr. Otiji sent my prescriptions to my local pharmacy while I was still in her office.
Dr. Adora N. Otiji was very personable and warm. She made me feel as if I were telling an old friend my symptoms. She was extremely upbeat and attentive.
She's Great 2 thumbs up!
