Went pretty good. Can't be any better.
Receptionists were friendly and timely. Dr. Kling was on time and before asking why I was there, he asked me about myself and my life. Dr. Kling is a patient-centered doctor and not a doctor who is trying to get through as many patients as possible. As a medical student learning about the art of doctoring, Dr. Kling has shown he understands the doctor patient relationship and the way doctors are supposed to act. I will definitely be a return patient.
Dr. Kling is extremely professional, and has a great bedside manner. The office is easy to work with, and got me an appointment on short notice once when I needed it.
He's great. Actually his assistant took my appointment.
He knows skin! His product recommendation was perfect for my skin and he worked with my as some of the medicines were expensive. H
Dr. kling is veey informative and his bed sidemanner is excellent. He answers all of your questions and makes you feel at ease.
I have been going to Dr. Kling for a few years. He is patient and very easy to talk to. His Manhattan location is near my home, so that makes it convenient.
Very thorough, knowledgeable and takes time to explain everything. Highly recommend!
I was pleasantly surprised, I read some negative comments but I was treated with courtesy and efficiency. Dr. King was pleasant, answered my questions and provided the medical treatment. I definitely will return and even booked a appointment for my child.
He is wonderful- very caring, very invested. I feel lucky to have found him!!
efficient and very knowledgable
I was pleasantly surprised, I read some negative comments like the place was a MASH unit an the like but I was treated with courtesy and efficiency. Dr. King was pleasant, answered my questions and provided the medical treatment. I definitely will return.
Unfriendly staff members, dr.alan kling seemed like he was more in a rush to get me out then to actually hear me out on a other couple concerns I had. Overall, I would not recommend.
Very knowledgeable doctor, though I usually saw the PA there, who happened to be extremely friendly and good at his job.
so far so good.
I have been going to Dr. Kling for years (I suppose more out of laziness of finding a new dermatologist than anything else), but this last occasion was the final straw. I had a 8:15A appointment, I was in the exam room by 8:20A or so, but Dr. Kling didn't walk in until 9:10A. 50 minutes sitting around waiting. Once he did come in, he did just about everything in his power to rush through my session and move on to the next— barely listening to the reasons I came in for the appointment. I wouldn't recommend Dr. Kling. He's a nice enough person, but if you're looking for individual 1:1 attention, he's not the doc for you.
He was in a rush to finish with you so you couldn't explain to him exactly what your issues were. While I was talking to him, he was dictating to a student doctor at the same time.
Great doctor to work with. Easy to talk to and good at explaining things
Excellent experience. Friendly, thorough and efficient, no wait whatsoever.
Never met him personally. Met with intern. Intern was amazing.
To early to tell. Seemed alright.
Dr King was thorough and good at explaining things. I found the medical assistants less so.
Two words: rushed, scattered.
In spite of the practice being hectic, I found the staff to be courteous, respectful and pleasant. I found Lisette to be noteworthy amicable, professional and efficient.
Ok, a little rushed.
The entire staff was very accommodating and friendly. Dr. King is professional, courteous, and genuinely cares about your well being. Some of the reviews made me hesitant to make my 1st appointment. As yet, my experience was just great and Dr. King engaged for more than thirty minutes explaining and clarifying my questions. I certainly recommend Dr. King to family and friends.
I waited over 1hr & he only saw me for 2mins!!! Worst of all, he didn't even Allow me to speak.. Wouldn't recommend him.
Very fast, not much talking, PAINFUL! but beauty is pain, rate-4
it was great. they really did a great job. i left with a smile.
Quick visit but helpful.
Open the day after Thanksgiving, I was seen before my appointment. Fantastic. I'll come again should I need to.
I thought I would be seeing the doctor and ended up seeing his physician's assistant. I wish I had known that in advance. If I did, I might not have gone to Dr. Kling's office, as I would rather see an MD than a PA.
Worst doctor I have ever seen! I better not get into details, see him yourself and you will know.
Dr.Kling had very poor bedside manner. He was curt at times and didn't care much for what I had to say. He even "shh-ed" me once. He rarely asked questions. He seemed in a hurry.
Doctor Kling really listened to my concerns and talked to me thoroughly before recommending a course of action. He didn't pressure me and took his time to make sure that all of my questions were answered once he recommended a treatment. He's very friendly and seems to have a great deal of experience. I've seen a few dermatologists in NYC and Dr. Kling is definitely the best so far. Also, his staff is extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and patient (unlike any other office staff I've seen).
Dr.Kling seems like a nice person but did not ask if I had any questions nor any suggestion really. I guess I would say he is an OK doctor.
My visit with Alan Kling was short but great. The wait time was reasonable and the staff was friendly.
This DR. was cold not friendly at all!!!!. very anal and direct not something I expected very disappointed.
He was professional, and he took his time to answer thoughtfully my questions.
