Doctor was great. Just wish they hadn't been running so behind. But I will go back, worth giving practice a second chance.

I came to this office based on the reviews but I was disappointed by the office staff. The office hours say 8:30-4:30 but every time I tried to drop off a sample at 3:00, they were getting ready to leave. Also, very unprofessional as they spoke in a derogatory manner in front of me while I waited about personal issues. Never again.

Professional, Courteous and Thorough. I would definitely recommend Dr. Defabritus for Kidney problems or just as a primary physician. "He's a good man, Jeffrey. And thorough."

Sort of a long wait in the office but the ladies at the front desk were very pleasant. I had lots of anxiety as I normally do in doctor's offices but he was very nice and everything was fine.

Dr. Fabritus was extremely kind, patient and funny. He thoroughly explained the procedure that I would undergo...and when I forgot the instructions he provided to me ..he patiently assisted me over the phone. There was no wait time in his office and he scheduled my procedure quickly and provided the results instantaneously. I was extremely pleased with the service I was provided.

I was asked to call for the results of a urine test and told which day to do so. I complied. Too bad I didn't receive a call back from the doctor or his office staff to give me the results which leaves me to be in wait or play telephone tag with a busy doctor while also running my own business where my availability is limited. Mind you, I'm having a urinary tract problem which I am trying to figure out so it doesn't escalate. This doctor apparently doesn't do uretha issues, if that is what the problem is. Perhaps the doctor isn't taking my issue seriously and really didn't understand that the results of my test are important to me so I can continue to do the process of elimination to find the root of my physical issue. Just for the record, I thought a nephrologist handled bladder, uretha and kidney issues. This doctor told me he thought I might need a urologist and that he would provide a referral after the test results are in. Next week I am out of town at a conference and I take my urinary tract physical discomfort and worry with me about prolonging handling the course of treatment. The lack of follow through on the urine test I am very dissatisfied with.

I couldn't have asked for more from Dr. DeFabritus. He took his time to listen to me, fully discussed my blood work and talked me through the next steps. He even asked "what other questions do you have?" Never heard that before from a doc.

He was very thorough in all things important: asking questions, answering questions, explanations in layman terms, gave his undivided attention the entire time. His staff was very friendly, courteous and didn't make one feel as though you were a burden that they had to deal with. Highly recommend!
