Originally from the Philippines, he received his medical degree from the University of the Philippines and his PhD in Biomedical Informatics from Columbia University in New York. He completed his residency in Internal Medicine and fellowship in Allergy and Immunology at SUNY-University at Buffalo. Dr. Yu is a member of the American Academy of Allergy, Asthma and Immunology and the American College of Allergy, Asthma, and Immunology.

This was the second time I had seen Dr. Yu though he acted as if we had never met and seemed to be in a bit of a rush. Seems like a nice man and I'm sure he's a good doctor. I think our visit lasted less than three minutes and I found myself wondering why I needed to come in.

He did not offer much new, or any information on my issue. Nurse said I had one of the worst reactions to skin testing and he didn't even look at my back to see the welts. Said it would go away in a couple
Hours. It took 4 days and it set off my eczema to boot. Won't go back to him.

Did not test for allergies I wanted tested brushed off most questions I asked and seemed to rush out. Was not happy at all now I have to find another allergist and pay again to hopefully get done what I wanted the first time.
