I got there around 4:00PM and there were 2 people ahead of me, and I was not seen until 6:10PM! Explain to me how is that possible? Dr. Coghill was great besides the wait and she took her time with ensuring everything was ok with me, but the wait was way too long. Staff was nice...

Overall, I strongly disliked this medical institution. It was clear that the workers did not want to be there, they could have treated the patients with better respect. The bathroom smelled so bad!! It was disgusting. The doctor was okay, but I've had better. I would not reccommend this place at all to anyone!

The absolute best thing about this office are the nurses/receptionists. They are so wonderful and attentive. I was experiencing the most absurd insurance problem, and Betty immediately got on the phone with the insurance company and told them the bureaucratic labyrinth they had created was unacceptable. I had to spend an hour on the phone with the company in the waiting room (no one's fault but the insurance) and Betty was patient and understanding. However, after everything was settled, I waited 30 minutes then Dr. Coghill came out and said "okay I'm going to lunch." What? I was the only person in the waiting room. Betty immediately protested and said "Dr, this young lady has been here since 1:30 pm and it is now 3 pm" and Dr. Coghill LITERALLY said "It's not my fault people don't know how to make appointments". My eyes widened and Betty still persisted and gently asked the Dr to spare 5 minutes to see me (all I needed was a strep test, my god). The dr begrudgingly obliged and then said I needed to have a swab that would be SENT OUT to a lab--I was so astounded, because I haven't been to a doctor's office that didn't have a rapid strep test available since grade school. I have terrible ACA insurance and would be charged obscenely for a lab test so I protested and asked if there was really no other way. She eventually gave me the antibiotic prescription thank god, which I took immediately and within hours of the first dose the fire in my throat subsided significantly. In short: no rapid strep test, Dr. Coghill does not care about her patients' time, but the receptionists are the best. If you have terrible insurance that needs maneuvering it might be worth it, otherwise definitely not.

The office and medical assistants are terrible and don't know what they are doing. They are extremely unorganized and I always have to wait 2+ hours to be seen! Besides that, Dr. Coghill is excellent! She listens to all of my concerns, gives me different treatment options, is very thorough when explaining, and does it all with a smile! She's the only reason I keep coming back.

Excellent doctor but tremendous wait time (>2hrs). I'm not even a complex patient. Although she is a great doctor I may need to find a new pcp because I cannot fit these long wait times into my busy schedule. My appt was at 9:30am and the doc didn't even physically walk into the office until 10:15am. On a side note, both times I was here there were no paper towels or soap in the bathroom. (I had a morning appt so it should've been restocked).

I have been to see doctor Alice thrice. The wait times for the first two times were very timely and short but I ended up waiting over an hour on my third visit. Dr Alice is one of the friendliest and most personable. Every visit is pleasant. I've never felt rushed with her. She always takes time to listen and offer explanations on my questions. I highly recommend her!

Hi, In a nutshell, Coghill was so disrespectful it made me cry; I waited 3.5 hours to see her; and she threw me out of the office for asking a second question, as "there aren't times for any questions at a general checkup." I waited 3.5 hours to see her: My appt was at 2PM. They asked me to come back at 4PM and said they could see me right away. I said sure and did, and I was seen by the doctor at 5:30PM. I was there for a general check up and I happened to have a slight cough. Coghill's first words to me were that she would not answer any questions about my cough because this was a general check up and that was how insurance worked; she wasn't being paid to look at my cough. I said I was here for the general checkup primarily, but if human to human she would give me a line of advice on my cough that would be lovely. She laughed and said no. Then she started going down her checklist on her computer. During the general checkup Annie ran down the list of questions she had to check off for a general checkup and refused to answer my specific queries, of which I only had one or two. When I told her I had a family history of breast cancer and asked what her recommendation would be, she said she didn't have time to answer because if she did we wouldn't get through all the questions on the checklist. I politely told her that I come to a doctor for advice, and of course I wanted to be able to ask her advice. She laughed and moved on, not answering. I asked her if she would prefer if I asked my questions at the end of the visit, and she said no we wouldn't have time to do that, "I can't have a patient taking ten hours." When I said I understood her use of extreme hyperbole but that I needed to ask her some advice, she rolled her eyes and told me that she "didn't have high hopes for this patient-doctor relationship." That is a direct quote. I said, politely, that I felt that was a ridiculous thing to say to a patient and then she told me to "get dressed and get out of my office." It is a very poor feeling to feel powerless. This visit took up four hours of my day and left me with no general checkup, no advice, and a really disrespected and poor feeling.

This was my first time visiting This office and Dr. Coghill. I recently got new insurance and needed to find a new doctor who could refill my prescription. I was unsure about some of my insurance information and the staff was great at helping me figure it out. It may have been because I was the last appointment of the day, but there was no wait; once I filled out my forms they started my intake. And since I was only there to discuss getting my prescription refilled, I was in and out.

I have been seeing Dr. Coghill for a little under a year now, as a general practitioner and to also keep track of some specific health conditions. I started going to her because she was close to me and convenient, but I am discontinuing because she is rude, demeaning and impatient. Every time I visited Dr. Coghill, she would cut me off while answering questions that she asked me, and it always felt like she was talking down to me. When I asked her if she was aware of her tone, she shrugged her shoulders and looked back at ewr computer as if she did not care. I have never experience such horrible bedside manner, EVER. I believe she has a lot of patients who speak little to no English, so she is used to talking to patients however she wants, without them saying anything back because they don't know how to address it. If you can find any other Dr., please go to them. I am not trying to put this woman out of business, but please save yourself the headache of dealing with her.

I made an appointment same day on zocdoc, and called the clinic so they accepted it immediately. I arrived early because almost every time I have seen a doc from this site the online checkin doesn't suffice. Filled out their paperwork and waited to be seen. I ended up having to wait over an hour to be seen, but I wasn't really bothered because I made the appointment same day and everyone in the clinic was really excellent. So, if you are trying to get in and out in a timely manner, this may not be good for you. Otherwise, Dr. Coghill was extremely kind and helpful in diagnosing my illness. Her staff was very helpful and kind as well. I really would recommend them for anyone who can deal with a wait time.

DO NOT COME HERE! I came in for a routine check-up last summer and the hassle has not ended. The nurse and staff were incredibly unprofessional. The doctor requested four vials of blood, which seemed incredibly excessive. The nurse was unable to draw blood and kept pricking me until I insisted on coming back two days later to complete the blood work. The office has since been charging dozens of claims against my insurance, for which I'm getting stuck with the co-payments. The bills keep adding up, and I honestly feel like I've been conned. The bills don't even have my correct address on them. This place is super shady. Then, when the results of my blood work finally arrived, the receptionist insisted I had to come in to get the results. I came to the office a third time, arriving an hour early to still wait three hours to see the doctor, only to have her tell me that everything was OK. Oh, and she also billed me for that visit, too. The bills won't stop coming.

If you have absolutely any other options, DO NOT COME HERE. My appointment for a basically physical was scheduled for 12:30pm; I was not seen until almost 5:00pm. No explanation was provided for the ENTIRE DAY I wasted sitting in the waiting room. I had to provide two separate urine samples, with no explanation. Blood was taken, and I specifically noted that no drug tests were needed, as I've never done anything and don't want to pay for unnecessary tests. Dr. Coghill agreed, and said she would call with the blood work results ASAP, and if everything was fine, she would let me know over the phone. About a week later, I receive a call from the receptionist asking when I was coming in for my results. I repeated what the doctor had said, and was told the doctor was out of town and would call me with my results when she was back. That was 5 months ago. Never received a call with any results. What did I receive? A large bill for drug tests that had been run on my blood without my authorization. Again, NEVER COME HERE.

I arrived for my 4:00 appointment exactly at 4:00 . I pre-filled out the check in forms via ZocDoc, and I still had to fill out forms when I "checked in". I didn't go through triage until 5:30, and didn't get seen by the doctor until 6:07. I believe in 2nd chances, so I am going back to get blood work done. We'll see how that goes...
