Dr. Kitay was very nice and quickly explained what I was dealing with. Scheduling with her was simple, and the office staff were very pleasant as well. Was able to do blood work in the same building which was nice.

My symptoms had subsided by the time I got in to see the doctor. Pain was strong enough that I made an appt 2 and 1/2 weeks ago. Not sure anything can be done about that. Anyway, she didn't have much to treat. She was very nice.

I don’t live near the office, so I tried some other docs. I’m coming back to see Dr. Kitay. I felt like she understood the price of the pain in my hands and she hand treatment ideas and seemed optimistic. Andshe wasn’t dismissive, something I’ve found in a lot of doctors. I don’t remember the exact wait time—but if there is one, it will be worth it to go back.

This office does not use email and don’t have any patient portal to be able to access information online. They only communicate through fax or snail mail. Pretty archaic. Will not use them in future.

Dr. Kitay is a rare find in her field. Her tone and genuine care for her patients is extraordinary. She listens and, when appropriate, she is a reassuring and calming agent--especially just previous to her performing surgery. Dr. Kitay exudes genuine confidence in her specialty.

Dr. Kitay was a terrific doctor and I'd gladly return to her. I was having some hard-to-diagnose problems with my hand, and unlike the last hand specialist I saw at GW, her bedside manner was terrific. She listened to me talk, never seemed to be in a rush, and was engaged with being part of helping find some answers for my issues. She had great awareness of what I was going through and was a fantastic listener. With her help we were able to get to the bottom of things. I give her a hearty recommendation and endorsement.

Doctor was personable & identified my problem almost immediately. The device she planned on giving me was no longer an item the office supplier provided. The substitute was not good. I could not wear it as would causing more pain thanwhen I came to the office. The office staff had a bad day with over an hour wait for everyone. Great Doc but office waiting room was really bad today.

Dr Kitay is efficient, pleasant and knows her stuff! She listened to my complaints, assessed the situation and did a great job explaining to me what I was dealing with, drawing me a diagram to show me what was what. Iwas given information sheets on the issues I was experiencing and Dr Kitay did a GREAT job preparing me for what I would feel during two injections, performed the injections seamlessly, and then told me what to expect in the coming hours, days and weeks till my follow up appointment. I highly recommend Dr Kitay!

Most doctors sit down, examine you, and can usually diagnose the problem and then write a prescription for treatment. But often times they are in a hurry and don't take the time or they are just not good at communicating withpatients as people. Dr Kitay took the time to thoroughly understand my concerns, explain my options, potential outcome and then answered my questions. She is an outstanding physician with incredible credentials and a wonderful personality.

Dr. Kitay was held up in the OR. I was told she would be there shortly but I would still have a wait as there were appointments ahead of me. I decided to reschedule and was then told she had justarrived. My entire wait time was about 45 min. I am also in the medical field and know how these things go, so I found it acceptable. Dr. Kitay was terrific and I would highly recommend. The entire staff was also wonderful.
