Allison seemed both extremely competent and caring. This was my first appointment and she and I exchanged an impressive amount of information in a short amount of time, and the lab technicians and front desk were also both efficient and effective. No waiting; no red tape. I had all my questions answered, tests and shots, and was able to return to my own work with no time wasted. Highly recommend!
Was thorough and efficient. Easy to talk to.
I've been traveling for work at least 80% for four years and finally settled in Chicago for good this week. After years of walking in to immediate care clinics and seeing whomever was available, I needed to establish a primary physician for continuity and coordination of care. I read extensive reviews and asked around before finally settling on Dr. Reddinger. She was incredibly thorough and caring and put together a plan of action for two chronic issues I have, including having her office arranging all pre-auths with insurance and referrals to specialists. You don't always get lucky on your first try when selecting a doctor, but I certainly was! I recommend her very highly!
Dr. Reddinger was wonderful. I recently moved to Chicago and she was very happy to recommend other doctors (OB, etc.). She was very kind, good sense of humor and was very respectful of my time - she saw me right away. Thank you Dr. Reddinger and your team!
highly recommend! professional and understanding - extremely thorough!
I was immediately seen by the nurse after checking in. I waited a few minutes for Dr. Reddinger and she was very thorough. I felt well cared for and she addressed all my concerns. I would definitely go back to her and recommend her to others.
Great. Very helpful.
The Dr was pleasant in general but was very dismissive of the care from previous Dr's. She asked me three times if my GP was an alternative practitioner which the GP is not. Her statements created an understanding from her position that I am a tree hugger favoring Homeopathic treatments type of patient. She said she could treat me with drugs that had "proper " studies conducted. I have never visited a Homepathic Dr and had limited exposure to homeopathic medicine. She said that my "sensitivity" to my symptoms were treatable with anti depressants. I came away feeling that she is the type of MD that only focuses on the parts of the patient she's interested in instead of the hole person and was so quick the reel off a litany of drugs for me to take despite that fact that for 10-yrs I was misdiagnosed and took unnecessary Med's from 3 different MD's and hesitant about filling a whole new batch of RX's. I will take her diagnosis into account but I will find someone else who can review my case.
Dr. Riddinger was friendly and practiced active listening with both of us. She respected my presences while showing my daughter that her comments and feelings were of utmost concern and importance. We both felt better after consulting with her. My daughter feels that she has found a Doctor who is knowledgeable, professional, and confident, at the same time can relate to her at he level without being condescending. It's been a good visit and we agree that we have found a primary physician that will work for our family.
