Very unprofessional, wait time is over an hr for a 10min appointment. She is a huge waste of time and money. Do yourself favor look elsewhere dr darling/Pusey only cares about herself and billing insurance. Does no listen to you she has a text book form she goes over than and calls that work?
Dr. Pusey was very friendly and addressed all of my concerns. The office staff were also very friendly.
Very professional and caring
She was great and really listened to what I was saying. Very pleasant to talk to,
The doctor is fine. The office is a mess. I can't book online, it shows no available appointments even going out months. I call and end up on hold forever, even after pressing zero to leave a message, it's just more hold music... On the 3 times I've been to the office I got there early each time and I sat in the waiting room until 45 minutes past my appointment time. Every single time. They have zero respect for their patients' time.
She is very efficient. Caring.
When I made my appt with Dr. Pusey I as told that this doctor treated ADHD, she does not. The staff made me hangout aka waste my morning for over 30 minutes of filling out paperwork and taking my payment BEFORE telling me she did not treat my condition. The doctor called the receptionist several times from her office while I was sitting there to ask questions about my visit (in front of other patients) completely violating my privacy and being very rude. Like I said before, she asked why I was there and then waited another 20 minutes before telling me the doctor did not treat ADHD. Not sure who is 100% to blame for the misconception of booking but I would not go back anyways based on my exoerience. Very cold and rude.
Good visit when we finally met.
Dr. Pusey is excellent. I've had a few doctors and she really took time to discuss my issues and medication. Very highly recommended.
Had a consultation and was literally in office for three minutes.
I waited almost 45 minutes past my appointment time just to spend 5 minutes with her and have her refer me out. I felt like she did not take my concerns seriously.
Dr. Pusey was very nice and empathetic! The front desk person was friendly and efficient.
Poor time management. Waiting room was crowded and had to wait for over an hour. The waiting time was longer than the time that the psychiatrist spent w/ me. I was in and out of her office in less than 15 min. Obviously, they overbook clients.
She was very friendly and listen to what I had to say, without rushing me.
The courtesy of the office staff is deceiving as this doctor was apathetic, refused to listen to my concerns and jumped to conclusions about me in a matter of minutes. I have no respect for her or her practice. It is disappointing that such individuals exist especially in a helping profession.
Don't bother filling out the ZocDic forms because they don't know how to access it. Only first appointment and I felt a bit awkward. Say across a huge desk from her. It definately speaks of "who is in charge"....not a warm setting. No one knows my bipolar more than me. I've tried many meds and I'm just trying to find a new doctor as I've now moved here. I felt a bit rushed trying to explain the last 20 years....like she was ready for the next patient. We shall see.
Only 1st visit but I liked her and her questions.
Very professional office. I was very pleased with the appointment
Very professional atmosphere and staff.
This was my first appt. with the Dr. Pusey. I thought she listened to me and provided very insightful and helpful information. My issue is that Dr. Pusey advised me that she would like me to start on 2 medications and that she would call it in to my pharmacy however it was never called in. I tried calling the office but they were closed so I left a message about my medication not being called in and asked for a return call. No one called me back the following day. This morning I called the office and the girl who answered the phone was extremely rude. I told her that my medication wasn't called in and she acknowledged Dr. Pusey did prescribe me 2 meds however 1 of them was not called in. I told her I knew that was the reason for my call and I wanted to find out why and that if this is the way Dr. Pusey runs a practice, I didn't think I was a good fit for them. All the girl said was she couldn't answer that question and that she left a note for the doctor and would call back once she gets a response. This is a terrible first impression for a new patient.
Would definitely recommenf
I waited almost an hour for a 5-10 minute appointment. She is very full of herself and can be aggressive and confrontational. If you have ever taken benzodiazepines she will treat you as an addict and will not give you any helpful medicinal options for treating your anxiety. She has a horrible bedside matter and does not respect your opinion when it comes to your treatment and views of certain medications. I gave her three shots hoping she was just having a bad day - turns out she is just a bad doctor. Avoid!
The visit was short but to the point. Dr. Pusey prescribed something and we will see if it helps.
This was my 3rd appointment and I highly recommend her to anyone looking in this area of medicine. Office is super clean, nurses, staff and Dr. are the utmost of professional and courteous. Easy location and good parking!
Very respectful and helpful
She really understands of what your going though
She was very nice and professional.
Dr. Pusey is very understanding and easy to speak to. The entire staff is professional and courteous and make you feel very comfortable. The location is convenient. The environment is clean and welcoming. The appointments run true to your scheduled time.
I loved how attentive she was and that she listened to my concerns and was extremely informative about the medication and treatment
Dr Pusey was kind and knowledgeable. Her office was very clean and her degrees on the wall were very impressive. Her staff was also professional and courteous. I Will definetly return.
It was very professional and I was impressed with the office space and cleanness.
I am the Dad and I was the one who found the doctor on the website. She never invited me to be with my daughter which was strange based on the fact other doctors would speak to me after they spoke to my daughter. I was also disappointed with the amount of time spent for a first visit. Then the shocker was giving her prescription for her first visit when the information I researched on the doctor claimed no meds on the first visit.
I had a very positive experience with Dr. Pusey. She listened attentively, providing her full attention, knowledge and experience to best help me. My questions were addressed and medical explanations were conveyed in a manner that was easy for me to understand.
Doctor Pusey is great. However, both times I went to see doctor Pusey I was told that I did not have an appointment at the scheduled time. The receptionist was adamant that she had not made a mistake, despite my having a hand written note from her with the date and time of my appointment both times. The first time I let it slide and returned another day. The second time the receptionist told me that the doctor had no more hours for the day, but after I refused to reschedule, somehow found a way to get me in. Very unsatisfactory.
She was very nice, but I was thrown off by her typing as I was speaking. I also thought the assessment visit would be longer.
Listens well , seems kind and caring
Good listener kind and professional
