Awesome! Dr. Diamond and his staff are very organized! From the moment I walked in, everything was in order. I didn’t have a long wait at all. Dr. Diamond listened to my concern, he answered my questions. Very professional... I really enjoyed my visit!
In my case, I was seen almost half an hour after my appointment. As a result, my appointment was rushed. Dr. Diamond was not attentive or seemingly concerned when I was trying to explain my symptoms and reasons why I was at the appointment. He interrupted me several times while I was speaking and then to shut me up, he reminded me that he is head of such and such an organization and he knows what he is talking about. He barely looked into my ears and said everything looked ok. Then the diagnosis after the appointment was nearly over seemed like one he just pulled out from the sky. I left there feeling worse than when I came in with no solution to my ailment. I would not recommend this doctor to anyone after this experience.
Very good the Dr listened to me as a Person and then after talking WE both agreed on a treament That dies not happen that often
I loved the staff and Dr. Diamond. He was informative and knew exactly what was best for me.
I went to see him with terrible ear pain, my left ear was blocked with crust formation . He came in and did not check my ear, but straight away started writing some antibiotics and left. I took antibiotics faithfully for a week and it gave me terrible side effects and ear pain remained the same!
Dr. Diamond listened carefully to my problem. He was very gentle during the examination. The treatment he prescribed has greatly helped me. I would definitely recommend him to to others.
Even though I was a brand new patient and had to complete paperwork, see a nurse, see the doctor, and get limited treatment, I was done in 45 minutes. That was very acceptable, and I was pleased to do it all during my lunch hour from work. The staff was friendly and helpful; I would go back.
After seeing Dr Diamond in October I scheduled a follow up appointment with him on November 14th -- fully a month in advance. On November 7th, Dr. Diamonds office called and asked me to reschedule the appointment because Dr. Diamond would be busy on the November the 14th. I am busy too, but we rescheduled the appointment for November 21st. Today, November 19th, Dr. Diamonds office called again and asked me to reschedule the appointment because Dr. Diamond was going to be busy on the November 21st. I talked to Victoria who explained the Dr. Diamond was REALLY busy and she was sorry for the inconvenience. Me too.
Very rushed visit. Nurse did not introduce herself nor did Dr. Diamond. A bit disappointing.
Just what I expected - short, sweet and to the point!
Lots of talking, not big on listening. Seemed like there was definitely a "move 'em in, move 'em out" vibe. That said, seemed to have a decent grasp of the condition and approach to treatment plan appears conservative, structured and logical.
