A board certified physician, graduate and Assistant Clinical Professor at the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine, Doctor Kirschner has created a unique combination of his own Osteopathic techniques and other carefully selected modalities which he has named OSTeO. These techniques with the accompanying psychological strategies can often help to decrease pain and restore peak function where more conventional approaches have failed. Athletes and the physically challenged, adolescents and the elderly have all benefitted from this unique approach to back & neck pain. He teaches these techniques both to laypersons in his Back Together live seminars, as well as to clinicians. He serves as a preceptor for medical students and as the director of the Osteopathic Manual Medicine program in the Family Practice residency at Bryn Mawr Hospital and Main Line Health. The office made a number of pretty careless mistakes including failing to order bloodwork that was basically the focal point of my visit. On my return visit to go over the labs, rather than taking responsibility, I was ushered out and had my visit cancelled. This seemed like a courteous thing at the time until I later discovered the missing materials, which I then had to reorder from another provider.
Dr. Kirschner was such a delight, very nice, polite and overall a great doctor. He even has a barber chair as a client seat, so cool. I would definitely recommend him to anyone searching for a primary care doctor.
Excellent so far! This was my first visit and will not be my last. Very professional and seemed as if cared when speaking to him.

Dr. Kirschner and his assistant were both very personable and welcoming. I appreciated the thorough interview/medical history review that they did and never once did I feel like I was being interrogated or judged. They genuinely seemed interested in getting at the root of my problem and finding a way to help. I also very much appreciate that Dr. Kirschner is available via email for general/non-emergency questions.
Very nice office staff. Didn't wait more than about 15 minutes. Dr. Kirschner asked a lot of questions about my problem and why I made the appointment (sciatica), took a thorough history, and set forward a reasonable plan of treatment.
