Reception on the phone almost convinced me not to come, because they were caught up with issues regarding using Zocdoc andkept having me re-start the phone conversation (about 3 times.) I persisted and when I did meet with Dr. Miller was very satisfied with the care, bedside manner and treatment I received.

Very disappointing visit. He was very rude and insinuated our kid is on the spectrum when he started crying during the visit. Stay away if you can. Also doesn't take United even though he said he did. They never properly checked the insurance.

On intro Dr. Andrew Miller was pleasant, professional and got straight to the point of my problem. He explained what needed to be done in order to resolve the issue, referred me for xRays and left me feeling confident in hismedical care. The reception and nursing team were also friendly professional and very helpful.

There was no wait time. Saw the doctor immediately. Since I brought my own x-rays, he saw them and right away knew what needed to be done. Also, Dr. Miller was very nice which some doctors nowadays lack friendliness.

Dr Miller has a great manner, attentive, humorous, and provided immediate effective care and MRI referral. Helped to come up with a good pain management system. Really pleased with his level of care! His staff couldn't have been nicer. I wasseen 10 minutes earlier than scheduled, they set up an MRI even after being told by the nearby imaging facility that I would have to wait. Also recommended great place for lunch. Dr. Miller and his team made this entire experience wonderful. Highly recommend particulary for anyone with medicaid. The office was also clean and well organized.

So I was a bit disappointed when I got a call telling me to bring my x-rays the day before my appointment from the receptionist. I never got x-rays, and if I had knew that I needed them in advance, Iwould have got them from my ankle sprain. However, the receptionist put it in my file that I didn't have any. Because of that I guess that you could say I didn't have a good first impression. At the office it was crowded, and as a new patient I was given paperwork to fill out, and they asked for my insurance, ID, etc. All of the staff were nice. My interaction with Dr. Miller himself was good. He was very knowledgable, answered any questions that I had, and helped me with my ankle. There is also a pharmacy 2 doors down that you can get things from if need be, so you can make two trips into one. Definitely coming back.

the place is disorganized , the staff act like they didn't wanna work, too many junkies and shady people for my taste as patients. I never was told to get my own x-rays from a doctor cause they usually do itfor you. Though Miller was good he was just working in the wrong place and I will find another doctor for my knee. Cause a person got medicaid doesn't they have to subject to places like that.

The doctor did want to give my situation the time of day. He didn't review my related medical charts from previous doctors, nor the MRI disc the office had asked me to bring. He quickly shot me with cortisone. He didnot listen and didn't want to answer questions I asked, or be there. He explained things condescendingly and said at the end, "do you get it?" I didn't return. I go to a different doctor now.

My son was hurt by a barbell in the School's gym. Our podiatrist suggested we look for a good foot orthopedic surgeon and get a second opinion. Thanks to zocdoc.com, we were able to find Dr. Andrew Miller and get anappointment for the second day. We had to wait a little longer because he had asked the earlier patient to get an x ray. She had to be seen first. We found that Dr. Miller is an awesome person & an awesome doctor. He put all of us at ease, was very patient with our questioning , was very professional. He reassured us that surgery was not needed. I would highly recommend Dr. Miller to everyone.

I would not recommend this place to anyone, the staff was unprofessional as well as rude and they try to squeeze as much co-payments from non-medicaid based clients, the location was a mad house of numerous clinics within a small space--includinga detox clinic with psychos trying to start random conversations, wait was an hour + then finally the doctor's demeanor was extremely cold and brief. It was painful experience to wait for a non-empathetic doctor who told me he couldn't help, and wait such a long time with people who could not sit still. First time/ Last time

The overall environment of the Medex facility where this practice is housed was pretty overwhelming. Everyone was seated in a waiting room waiting to see different physicians, and the atmosphere is loud, not particularly clean, and somewhatdisorganized. I completed all my paperwork on ZocDoc before my visit, and arrived 15 mins early for my appointment, but was seen an hour and 10 mins after my arrival (55 minutes after the appointed visit time). Not a great first impression of this place. Dr. Miller was warm and I was able to explain my injury to him. The physical exam was very quick, and the overall time I spent with him probably came out to 10-12 minutes tops. I was referred over to physical therapy at the same facility pretty quickly and no imaging was ordered, but he may have had a quick feel for the injury and perhaps didn't think x-rays or MRIs were necessary? He seemed a little frazzled by a patient who had arrived pretty late/the number of patients he had lined for the day. He was personable though and my experience of him would probably be different if there wasn't so much overall chaos. One thing I really did not like were the nurses that came in and out of the room repeatedly who left the door open while I was sitting in a gown - just felt unprofessional and inconsiderate. Anyway, really hope the physical therapy works!

Very pleasant (except for my awful foot) He knows very well he was talking about and helped me discuss as far as surgery which seems to be one of only my options to finically figuring out its swollen painful state andhow fast u can attempt to get back to work...Very easy to tattoo and ask questions as well! I'll see him on 4-6 weeks after speaking to my endocrinologist as well S my primary care. Wonderful Doctor ??
