So I was a bit disappointed when I got a call telling me to bring my x-rays the day before my appointment from the receptionist. I never got x-rays, and if I had knew that I needed them in advance, I would have got them from my ankle sprain. However, the receptionist put it in my file that I didn't have any. Because of that I guess that you could say I didn't have a good first impression. At the office it was crowded, and as a new patient I was given paperwork to fill out, and they asked for my insurance, ID, etc. All of the staff were nice. My interaction with Dr. Miller himself was good. He was very knowledgable, answered any questions that I had, and helped me with my ankle. There is also a pharmacy 2 doors down that you can get things from if need be, so you can make two trips into one. Definitely coming back.
the place is disorganized , the staff act like they didn't wanna work, too many junkies and shady people for my taste as patients. I never was told to get my own x-rays from a doctor cause they usually do it for you. Though Miller was good he was just working in the wrong place and I will find another doctor for my knee. Cause a person got medicaid doesn't they have to subject to places like that.
He did not see a fracture when a few other doctors did.
Friendly, knowledgeable, compassionate, professional.
He was so sweet
Wonderful doctor ,, listened and explained everything as well.
Dr Miller and his staff are always positive. They are always in high spirits and professional.
My vist to Dr. Miller office today was a great honor. He was very professional and gave his professional attention to my need. His staff was very polite and thou this was my first visit to his office. I am looking forward to a speedy recovery with him. All I can say is I have seen other Dr's in his profession. But I can say that Dr. Miller is the one that I feel can help me back to the old me.
Very good doctor. About 15 minutes wait in the main room and instant in the little doctor room. Answered all my questions and helped the issue. Highly suggest!
The doctor did want to give my situation the time of day. He didn't review my related medical charts from previous doctors, nor the MRI disc the office had asked me to bring. He quickly shot me with cortisone. He did not listen and didn't want to answer questions I asked, or be there. He explained things condescendingly and said at the end, "do you get it?" I didn't return. I go to a different doctor now.
Very knowledgeable. One visit corrected the pain I was enduring due to tennis elbow
Listens to you. Very personable. Great
The wait was a little long but overall the ft. Was great. Very helpful. Went to him because I sometimes have knee pain and he told me exactly what to do.
it went very well and he told me exactly what had to be done and why the surgeries on my hands. didn't. workvthe first time dr miller is a real pro and knows his business
My son was hurt by a barbell in the School's gym. Our podiatrist suggested we look for a good foot orthopedic surgeon and get a second opinion. Thanks to zocdoc.com, we were able to find Dr. Andrew Miller and get an appointment for the second day. We had to wait a little longer because he had asked the earlier patient to get an x ray. She had to be seen first. We found that Dr. Miller is an awesome person & an awesome doctor. He put all of us at ease, was very patient with our questioning , was very professional. He reassured us that surgery was not needed. I would highly recommend Dr. Miller to everyone.
I would not recommend this place to anyone, the staff was unprofessional as well as rude and they try to squeeze as much co-payments from non-medicaid based clients, the location was a mad house of numerous clinics within a small space--including a detox clinic with psychos trying to start random conversations, wait was an hour + then finally the doctor's demeanor was extremely cold and brief. It was painful experience to wait for a non-empathetic doctor who told me he couldn't help, and wait such a long time with people who could not sit still. First time/ Last time
The overall environment of the Medex facility where this practice is housed was pretty overwhelming. Everyone was seated in a waiting room waiting to see different physicians, and the atmosphere is loud, not particularly clean, and somewhat disorganized. I completed all my paperwork on ZocDoc before my visit, and arrived 15 mins early for my appointment, but was seen an hour and 10 mins after my arrival (55 minutes after the appointed visit time). Not a great first impression of this place. Dr. Miller was warm and I was able to explain my injury to him. The physical exam was very quick, and the overall time I spent with him probably came out to 10-12 minutes tops. I was referred over to physical therapy at the same facility pretty quickly and no imaging was ordered, but he may have had a quick feel for the injury and perhaps didn't think x-rays or MRIs were necessary? He seemed a little frazzled by a patient who had arrived pretty late/the number of patients he had lined for the day. He was personable though and my experience of him would probably be different if there wasn't so much overall chaos. One thing I really did not like were the nurses that came in and out of the room repeatedly who left the door open while I was sitting in a gown - just felt unprofessional and inconsiderate. Anyway, really hope the physical therapy works!
It was very nice
Very pleasant (except for my awful foot) He knows very well he was talking about and helped me discuss as far as surgery which seems to be one of only my options to finically figuring out its swollen painful state and how fast u can attempt to get back to work...Very easy to tattoo and ask questions as well! I'll see him on 4-6 weeks after speaking to my endocrinologist as well S my primary care. Wonderful Doctor ??
Great! Dr. Miller has a wonderful personality and took the time to explain my health issues clearly so that I could understand them.
I waited forever! OMG!!! Dr Miller was nice enough.
Doctor is great-- office is a mess
I was in and out of the office with 37mins to spare on my 2hr meter ticket. He was fast paced, to the point, no nonsense doctor. He asked questions and gave me clear answers and options for the pain I was having in my back.
Wait was long. Staff was efficient but not friendly.
Great experience, the doctor was attentive and thorough. He answered all our questions
Very friendly, honest about diagnosis. I felt free to ask any questions. Would recommend.
Dr. Miller was wonderful and the staff at the front desk was incredibly polite, courteous, and knowledgable.
I loved him, great bedside manner, professional yet relatable..listened to me and gave an accurate assessment and diagnosed the problem. I'm seeing him again for follow up in 3 weeks.
Very good. Though their system wasn't locked in with Zoc Doc, which I discovered when I called to verify the appointment time and had to alter my schedule to go when they actually could see me. They said that they will have that sorted out so no biggie, it happens. Wasn't too big of a deal. Had to wait a but but wasn't terrible. Other than that was great experience very nice doctor who came in right away and spent enough time and didn't rush. Overall great experience.
I liked him very much and like the fact he was conservative in his approach to my issue.
Paper work took more time because the facility (MEDEX) wasn't sure if they can accept AARP Medicate Complete, Oxford United Health Care. Otherwise everything went smoothly. The person who attended to us at the desk was very pleasant and helpful. I like Dr. Miller who is a very good professional.
He's got the best personality nice bedside manners we live on Long Island and travel to queens for him that's how nice and good he is. Highly recommend him
This was a follow up appointment for me from an achilles rupture repair Dr. Miller did for me. I must say he is a great MD. And would definitely recommend him.
Just two consultation visits so far so good. Will be back.
My son had his follow up with Dr. A. Miller one week after his surgery. Dr. Miller was prompt, friendly and very helpful. I would definitely recommend Dr. Miller to family and friends. Thank you, Dr. Miller P.S. Dr. Miller has a killer bedside manner. Very funny
I had a great overall experience with the entire visit. I was a bit unfortunate because he had an emergency to attend to which pushed my appointment back a couple of hours. This forced me to wait it out in the office all day, the entire staff was pleasant, very nice and extremely attentive; they constantly checked up on me and asked me how i was doing even asking me if i wanted water. On a side note they have the most beautiful women that work there I highly recommend him to everyone!!
Such a sweet, personable and knowledgeable doctor. We needed a consult for my 12 year old daughter. Dr. Miller was great. Made us all laugh and put us all at ease. The front desk staff was completely helpful, attentive and courteous, especially, Andrew. We will be back!
My visit was excellent with Dr Miller as always
Very pleasant experience, front desk stuff very helpful and def very friendly. Doctor very professional .
Dr.Miller was very thorough and straight to the point. He made sure that i understood what would be happening with my procedure.
Doctor would not give me an MRI precription wven though the hospitak emergency doctor recommended one after taking x-rays of my back. I told him I needed one for my job as well because its a workman's comp case and he still would not give me an MRI precription. All i can say to that is God bless.
Excellent Doctor. Wait time was around 20 mins. Not bad.
I think doctor Andrew Miller goes out of his way to ensure that patients are seen and cared for. I had seen him already twice, getting x-rays and MRIs, and had changed my insurance coverage to a plan that his office doesn't accept. Even so, he saw me (final visit) to help interpret my results. His staff was friendly, they reminded me when my appointment was, helped me reschedule. The wait time was FAST, and the office was clean.
Andrew Miller was very professional and knowledgable, giving great detail and I will be seeing him regularly. I highly recommend him to a friend, his office was packed though.
very nice doctor.i highly recomened him.
It went well. My granddaughter was very relaxed with him. He was very professional.
This was my second visit and Dr.Miller was very unhappy to see me and did not provide any alternatives.
Bedside manner was really good and very professional. He listens to you. However be ready to wait a LONG time. I was there from 8:30am-1:30pm
mr.miller was a personable friendly person, only reason i was not happy with my visit was i was the earliest scheduled appointment and got served after 950
He is an awesome Dentist!!
