Dr. Angela Gonzalez is a board certified Internist here in South Florida. She has been practicing medicine for over 25 years. Dr. Gonzalez is an extremely dedicated doctor who goes above and beyond the call of duty to exceed all of her patients expectations. Dr. Gonzalez has practiced medicine in her native Puerto Rico as well. Dr. Gonzalez and her bilingual staff are here for all of your medical needs. No Show Policy for New Patients: Our no show policy is as follow: a 24 hrs notice is required. We understand that there are times when you must miss an appointment due to emergencies or obligations for work or family. However, when you do not cancel an appointment, you may be preventing another patient from getting much needed treatment. If an appointment is not canceled at least 24hrs in advance you will charge fee; this fee will not be covered by your Insurance Company. No Show Policy for Existing Patients: Our no-show policy is as follows: a 24hrs notice is required. After the first no-show appointment you will received a phone call to remaind you of the missed appointment and to rescheduled your appointment. After the ssecond no show appointment you will be charge a fee for the time slot we were not able to fill when you were a no-show.(your insurance will not be covered). On the third no-show, it will be the Physician's discretion as to whether a discharge letter will be sent out disengaging you from the preactice and giving you 30 days to enroll with a New Physician. Late Arrival Policy: In our efforts to make your visit more comfortable and to minimize your wait time, our office has implemented a late arrival policy. If a patient is more than 15min late for an appointment needs to be rescheduled. This applys to NEW AND EXISTING PATIENTS.
