Dr. Hebou is wonderfully attentive and detail oriented.
I have been searching for a good PCP in the DC area for nearly 5 years now, and I'm glad I finally found her. Dr. Hebou was wonderful - very warm, attentive, and thoughtful. For the first time (in a very very long time), I felt like my doctor was actually listening to me. I didn't feel rushed, and she answered all of my questions thoroughly and patiently. I will definitely return to her for my next check-up.
Dr. Hebou and her team were very warm and professional. I found Dr. Hebou easier to talk to than many doctors—she listened carefully and really put me at ease. Unlike physicians I've seen in the past, she actually treated me like an individual human being—rather than rushing me in and out, she asked thoughtful questions, walked through a recommended preventive care regimen, and gave ample opportunity for me to ask questions. Highly recommend!
It's perfect doctor
She is wonderful. Very helpful and understanding.
Dr. Hebou was wonderful - kind, warm and empathetic. She really listened to me and heard my concerns - and I felt comfortable speaking with her.The staff was also kind and warm. Only issue was the wait time - but I suspect they were just running behind.
Dr. Hebou was very friendly and attentive to my needs. I would highly recommend her and will go to her again in the future. My only complaint would be that it was a somewhat long, but definitely not intolerable wait.
The doctor is great but the staff are a little rude. when I took my pee test, the bathroom wasn't very clean and after the assistant took my blood she left the needle and blood there and walked out.
Assistant seemed a little moody during the first part of the appointment. Dr. Hebou was very nice and did not rush through the appointment.
Dr. Hebou was kind, helpful and had an excellent bedside manner. As a young, 20-something woman, I felt she treated me with the utmost respect and asked me important, relevant questions.
Friendly office staff. Dr. Hebou was attentive and thorough.
Dr. Hebou is incredibly friendly, informative, and attentive. She listened to and addressed each concern I had and gave a thorough answer. Her staff was excellent and cheerful, despite the rainy, cold weather outside. They were patient and thoughtful. A great experience. Thank you!
Very friendly staff members, from the front desk ladies to the lab technician. And Dr. Hebou did not rush through the appointment at all. She really took the time to go through my health history, any concerns, and made me feel very comfortable.
Dr. Hebou is very kind, felt that my check-up was quite thorough. Addressed my health concerns in the short and long term and provided me with a referral. I went in the morning and had a pretty short wait – in and out, with tests and all, in about an hour.
Dr. Hebou was very professional and friendly. I felt comfortable talking with her about my concerns and she gave thoughtful feedback. Clean office, professional staff. I only had to wait a few minutes in the waiting room before being seen. It was a good experience. Definitely found my new doctor.
Dr. Hebou was very kind and the office got me in and out very quickly. Although I didn't do enough research and she couldn't complete the procedure I was there for (IUD placement), she referred me to a gynecologist that I was able to get into very quickly. I'll be going back next year when I need a physical.
She's always attentive and mindful of me as her patient.
Dr. Hebou was helpful and clear. My one critique (of the office, not Dr. Hebou) is that I didn't receive as clear of instructions about what to do before and during the appointment as I would have liked. When a nurse went to take my blood, she asked if I had eaten anything. I said that I had and she seemed surprised. Apparently I wasn't supposed to eat that morning, but I had received no instructions to that effect. It also would have been helpful to know in advance that I'd have a urine sample taken so as to come with a full bladder. That said, the staff were exceptionally friendly and it all worked out in the end!
Friendly, supportive and super sharp Doctor. Very thorough and considerate.
I came in on the wrong day and Dr. Hebou saw me anyway. The only reason the wait was a bit long was my own fault and not at all hers. I had a great experience with her and I appreciate her work!
Dr. Hebou is really incredible. She is really perceptive and has a wonderful bedside manner. She made me feel incredibly well taken care of. I'd recommend her to anyone seeking primary care.
Great Doctor, great office staff. Excited to finally have found a great primary care doctor in DC.
Visit was great, they saw me right away with no waiting. Dr. Hebou was very nice and informative.
Very happy with the service. Dr. Hebou spent plenty of time discussing the questions I had, next steps, etc. Very kind demeanor, patient, and there was no sense of being rushed, which I appreciated. The rest of her team was also very friendly.
Dr. Hebou is friendly and very warm. I felt comfortable talking to her about my health and look forward to visiting in the future.
