My daughter liked Dr. Al-Kunani and thought she was very professional.
Even though the wait time was long I will definetly be seeing her again. This was my first visit so there was paperwork to fill out. My daughters go to her and they do not usually wait more than an hour. She is very easy to communicate your problems to and that really makes the wait worth it for me.
The doctor made the patient feel at ease, right away! Answered all questions and educated. She was very friendly, knowledgeable and courteous....kudos to the doctor! And the front desk staff was superb too! However, I cannot say the same about the nurse who did the vitals. She lacked courteousness and smiles!
Dr. Al-Kunani was just awesome! She made me feel so comfortable and she is very very knowledgeable. She always has a smile :) I was in and out in about an hour. Can't wait to see her again.
Very professional and she is a great doctor
Such a lovely doctor! shes amazing Its just that the wait time often over shadows that. I drove far just to see her and I arrived 30 mins early and still waited more than 2hrs. not ok. and had no apologies.
Very knowledgeable doctor, however the wait was 1.5 hours from my appointment time to see her. I arrived at 2:45 for a 3pm appointment, and was not seen until 4:30. She was very nice and a good doctor, but I am not inclined to wait this long for any doctor
She made me feel very comfortable. My first visit went better than i expected :)
I enjoyed my visits to the doctor. she seems very knowledgeable. The Only problem is that if u need an ultrasound u might wait there a wile. For example I was waiting for an hour and 20 minutes.
She is very knowledgeable and gave me a lot of oppostions for my situation.
She was very nice and made me feel comfortable. Her and her student assistant did a great job.
Enjoyed the professionalism of the doctor, her advise was sound. However the doctor was in a hurry, maybe a few extra minutes would be nice.
Besides very long time to wait I really enjoyed the visit with the doctor. She took her time, listened, understood my concern, offered several solutions. Was very professional. Will go to her again.
I made my appointment on zocdoc for 4:30 and I received a call from Dr. Anwars office 3 hours before to reschedule my appointment to two weeks later. When I said I would find a different doctor they said they could honor my appt for that day but instead of 4:30 to come in at 4:00. When I arrived at the confusing office building; I felt like I was walking into a 7-11. From the bell on the door that went off every 5 minutes, to the paper cup ( used for urine collection) that was handed to me by the receptionist, to waiting in line by the front door to use the one bathroom that had an overflowing garbage can, no paper towels, piddle on the seat, and a row of urine filled paper cups on the counter. I waited in the dirty and stained lobby as i watched others being herded thru the doors and into the offices. I noticed they had a kids play area which consisted of a tub filled with broken toys and black filthy stuffed animals. After waiting in the lobby for 45 mins and being asked twice if I filled out paperwork (the nurses couldn't find where the receptionist put the completed paperwork I filled out) they herded me back to a room where I waited for an additional 30 mins for a student doctor (who was the friendliest person in that office) to come in and asked me the neccessary health questions to type my answers into my chart for the doctor, I thought maybe my experience would change. When the student doctor left to get the doctor, I waited another 15 minutes before the doctor came in and asked me all the same questions the student doctor did as if she didn't read my chart before she entered my room. The doctor was nice but really threw me thru a loop when she didn't wash her hands before or after my vaginal exam with no gloves! Disgusted I left there with a bad taste in my mouth and immediately searching for a new doctor. This is my first pregnancy and not what I expected of this office based off the reviews I saw on zocdoc. I would not recommend this doctor office unless u enjoy feeling like you are at a convenience store and being herded around like cattle.
Very mediocre appointment .. Didn't really care about my wants -- or needs and dismissed my concerns waited over an hour .. Staff very unprofessional
My first visit went well, I felt comfortable and she made me feel comfortable too! So thankful to be under her care!
She is awesome I like her and she is continuing to look after my unborn baby. The insurance company tried to tell me I need to change health care providers and I said no, she is the one who will take care of my baby. They made it work lol.
Overall i was satisfied and glad to have chosen Dr Al-kunani.
She is very professional and knowledgeable. I love seeing her for any of my gynecological needs.
Very good doctor
Awful bedside manner, very unprofessional!! I have seen this doctor three times so far and each time she was very rude and very unprofessional! Do not recommend this doctor to anyone!
The lady at the front desk can be a little more polite and smile more than stare.
She was very easy to talk to and has a great sense of humor. She definitely put me at ease.
She is very good dr. :)
Felt my visit was rushed. Too long of a wait time
She was a good dr. The check in process could be a little better. No privacy at check in. Very good care otherwise.
LOVED the doctor. ZocDoc sent me to the WRONG office, took me 30 minutes round trip to get to the right appointment. Not too happy with that!
Dr Al-Kunani is absolutely wonderful. I have a very large tumor. She removed with a partial hysterectomy. My recovery and follow up was much better than what I had expected. Her bed side manner is so warm! I felt confident, and calm. Thank you!!
Very nice, professional, and personable. Long wait, but that is every doctors office these days. Overall, it was a pleasant experience.
She is good doctor Takes care you good Thanks
Receptionist was very polite and courteous. Dr. Kunani is very knowledgeable. Puts you at ease and is thorough in her examination. Does not rush you.
She is great
I had to wait for 3 hrs before i was called in...n she just dsnt know how to talk to a patient...i was more scared than satisfied after talking to her...most horrible experience ever...wil never go back again
Dr. Al-Kunani made me feel so comfortable! She really listened to me & answered all of my questions. She was patient & kind.
she is so sweet! inviting, and makes you feel at ease. she's great!
My wait time was about 20 minutes. I had to keep calling to get test results back, and got a half-assured answer from an assistant that my results were good. I wouldn't see this doctor again just because of how long it took to get results back, especially since I had to call numerous times before I could get results.
Waited over 2 hours, and although she was very kind and patient, I felt like I was rushed.
This was my first time at doc kunani's office , and I was very skeptical about it, but once I met her she amazed me. Very polite , took her time explaining everything to me and very compassionate too!
Dr Al-Kunani is very professional and compassionate. Her expertise was especially appreciated in my case of first-time pregnancy.
She was very professional. Very informative.
I wish u weren't so busy. But I do understand the flow of an office that accepts Medicaid. Just wish you front desk was kinder and more organized.
She was always friendly and smiling.
