Patient reviews for Dr. Arthur Brantz
I appreciate that Dr. Brantz makes me feel at ease sharing potentially embarrassing information related to my illness. He always makes me feel empowered in my care and treats me as a person and not a number. He takes the time to address my concerns. Thank you for the excellent service!
After I let you all take a picture of my insurance card you matched me with thus doctor but they dont accept my insurance company
Dr. Brantz is always GREAT. The clinic I wont recommend, waited for more than 2 hrs and that is with an appointment. They don't tell you over the phone if your insurance is also accepted, and when you get there they tell you then and you have to pay the full amount.
I don't think he was sure about what he was doing. He referred me to someone else. Instead of getting to the problem himself. I'm not sure if he wanted to be at work today. Or he wanted to be bothered.
He called as soon as he got the results the following week. Great doc with helpful recommendations. He gave me all the information I needed to know, which made it easy for me to trust him. This was my first time seeing an OB-GYN. It was a bit weird for me as he is a guy with TS looking at the inside of my lady parts but I got the results I came into the appointment looking for, quickly and easily! I recommend if that is what you are looking for.
Dr. Brantz takes the time to listen to me and address my concerns. He is compassionate and takes the time to explain my condition and set expectations for recovery.
He was arrogant and not patient-centered. He has a background in GYN but is unwilling to accept new evidence and science. If you have any special conditions, do not go to him
Very patient and concerned. A rarity in today's world. Highly recommend this wonderful physician.
I enjoyed my time with him when I lived near his office. He helped me with several issues and listened to me.
Dr. Brantz is great! This is my second year seeing him for an annual check up and I would recommend him to anyone. The only issue was my Zocdoc appointment did not show up in their system. I had to wait over 35 minutes but Dr. Brantz was able to squeeze me in between appointments. Call the office instead of booking through Zocdoc.
Caring doctor who takes the time understand each patient.
This is an urgent care clinic. Your appointment time is meaningless and the doctor spent less than 5 minutes with me. I've received better care at CVS minuteclinics.
I went to see Dr. Brantz for a primary care visit but he treated me as an ER patient. The triage nurse took all the information down that I wanted to discuss during this visit but when he came in he basically tried to rush off after the 1st topic. I then said that wasn't it. He then sat down and refilled my meds per my request. When I tried to finish the rest of my concerns (only 2 things were discussed), he then said I'll have to make an appointment because he has other patients to see. Now maybe he didn't understand what I came for and didn't look at the notes. But I repeatedly said I was here to get a new doctor because I hated my last. And then what was the purpose of the triage nurse taking my info? I will say he did diagnose something my previous doctors had been misdiagnosing for years so he gets points for that. He was overall a pleasant man but I don't appreciate being rushed out when I'm paying you to help me with my health concerns.
Dr. Brantz is a great doctor. He's informative, professional with great bedside manners. I would highly recommend him to others.
He and the staff were great...he was just wonderful, he was kind.
