As a new patient, I felt welcomed in the caring environment of Dr, Mittal's office. The friendly and capable staff put me at ease and the doctor is very knowledgeable, thorough, and warm. I highly recommend this practice.
She was very courteous and warm. Professional indeed.
They are kind and professional people.
I don't often walk into an office that feels warm. I think that Dr. Mittal's office is one of those rare practices that really care. Every employee greeted me with a warm smile and I felt like I was in the best hands with Dr. Mittal. The office is not new or fancy or modern but to me I prefer a warm staff when visiting the doctor.
I love doctor mittal, she is a wonderful doctor with very nice bedside manners. I have only two problems with her office. It smells a little funny and the furniture is old. I sometime feel like things are crawling on me. Maybe I'm a little too particular but if you go there you'll know exactly what I mean. I wish Dr. Mittal's team would just revamp the office and it would be 20 times better. Other than that the wait time can be ridiculous, even if you get to your appointment ahead of time. But once again Mittal is a very knowledgeable doctor who is extremely thorough in her examinations.
Overall, a very pleasant experience. Dr. Mittal and her staff are professional and warm. My one issue is with wait time. I had a full physical, and I waited 30 minutes to see a nurse, and overall about an hour to see the doctor. Without the wait time, I'd give 5 stars.
the doctor and staff are amazing, but the office needs a make over. when i sit in the waiting room, i always find myself wishing i could be somewhere more modern, clean cut, and updated. i go here because the doctor is amazing and smart and is close to my house.
I thought the staff at this practice was charming. I enjoyed my visit with Doctor Asha. I would definitely go back again.
Accommodating and worth the trip:)
Good very good
Amazing. Her staff are very pleasant. Thank you ZocDoc I found a keeper
Great an thorough doctor. A little pushy but very sweet and means well.
The office is really dirty and gross. The doctor is nice, but then the office does not resemble a doctors office. The equipment they use is all outdated and dirty. I don't know how people work in places like these. I would rather travel further next time and go somewhere that I won't feel all germophobic.
It was convenient but hard to find her office. It was mainly older folk there and as a younger person, I felt a little bit out of place. Her assistants and receptionists were great and she was nice as well. I have to say it was a bit hard for me to understand what she was saying, and I had to have my pharmacist call her to switch my medication because the copay turned out to be in the 3 digits. Still the overall experience was good.
The nicest doctor I've been to! She is very personable and patient. She takes her time and actually engages in conversation to find out what the problem is. Her office staff are friendly and kind too!
As an individual who is not fond of going to the doctor, I'd have to say, I was pretty pleased that I decided to go. Dr. Asha Mittal's bedside manners and level of interest in my well being has left me with a pretty good impression. I am very happy that I chose her as my primary physician. She is very well recommended!
