Qualifications and Experience
Dr. Reddy earned his B.S. (magna cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa) in 1988 and his M.D. in 1992, both from Duke University. He completed his orthopedic residency at Emory University Affiliated Hospitals and was honored with the Sports Medicine Resident of the Year Award for 1994-1995. He performed a prestigious fellowship at one of the top sports medicine facilities in the country, the Kerlan-Jobe Orthopaedic Clinic in Los Angeles, California, where he helped provide care for most of the Los Angeles and Anaheim professional sports teams. Dr. Reddy was the assistant team orthopedist for the Atlanta Hawks from 1999-2016. He serves as team physician for Holy Innocents' Episcopal School. Dr. Reddy served on the medical staff (baseball) during the 1996 Summer Olympic Games in Atlanta. He served as assistant team orthopedist for the Atlanta Falcons from 1999-2004. Dr. Reddy has written several articles published in peer-reviewed orthopedic journals. Locally, he has been a speaker for the Northside Hospital community education series and for POC's biannual "Office Orthopedics" course for primary care physicians. He has also served as course director and speaker for POC's "Current Concepts in Sports Medicine" course for physical therapists and athletic trainers. Dr. Reddy will see children age 10 and older.
