it was great as usual. she always has an answer to all my concerns. she's very patient and kind. she's a great doctor.
Dr. Asimah was very knowledgeable and pleasant. She has great bedside manner and was very nice throughout my visit and even made sure to give me 101 tips for preventative means. I waited a bit to be seen for my appt but everyone in the office was very pleasant and I will gladly be back for another visit.
Very kind and direct in her assessment.
First of all, she is no friendly. Very arrogant, racist and too much rude. She doesn't treat the well.
Today was my first appointment, as I needed to select a new primary care physician. Although I had a slight wait, Dr. Qayyum saw me very soon after I entered the exam room and was very apologetic about not being on time. She was super pleasant and had a lovely demeanor about her.
Today was my first visit, I was barely checked in before they called me back. The nurse Paige was great w/great bedside manner. Dr. Quayyum was to the point and matter of fact, and yet considerate of all the information I was downloading to her. She didn't rush through my physical. I've always struggled with my breast exams as my breasts are fibrous and feel lumpy to be. She gave me a marvelous explanation of why and showed me how to examine them in a way which makes sense to me. In 20 years I've never had a doctor listen to me say my breasts "felt funny" and help me underrtand what to feel for/notice in my breast exams. Furthermore, the office staff is diverse, friendly and supportive. So glad I found them.
Dr. Qayyum was very tenative to my medical needs, she was also very pleasant to talk wtih whether it was about medical or personal topics.
It was excellent. She showed great concern in all areas of health.
I came in with many unexplained symptoms and Dr. Qayyum seemed genuinely motivated to find out what was causing them and find ways to help me find the specific cause. I appreciated her patience as well as noticing her asking lots of questions to get to the root of the problem.
I went to get my annual physical and I was a first time patient as Dr. Qayyum was my new PCP. She was lovely and personable to chat with, asked me good questions about my family's medical history in a way that a non-medical person could understand!
Today I saw Dr, Qayyum and it was a very good visit. She listened, answers all my questions and also made suggestions which I took very highly. My only draw back is again the wait time to see her. Even though my appointment was 10am I did not actually see her until 20 mins to eleven. I think she was running behind but at least she apologized for keeping me waiting. Overall it was a very good visit.
She was great and made me feel very comfortable. Took the time to talk through everything and made sure my questions were answered. I would definitely recommend her!
A very caring person. Thank you.
She just has a poor attitude overall and didn't seem interested in answering my questions. The metro west group in general seems to have poor customer service practices. I tried to make an appointment 6 months later with a different doctor and they wouldn't allow it. Why should I have to see a doctor that I felt wasn't a good fit for me? That's insane and I won't be returning or recommending this medical group to anyone!
Great! New to the area and this was my first visit with a new PCP. Very nice doctor - thorough and sincere. Discussed current health and addressed future needs as well.
