Great doctor. Thoroughly tested. Knowledgeable and professional.
Very professional and detailed. Listened to all my complaints and symptoms. Advised me of something's I didn't realize going into appointment.
I was beyond pleased!!! Everyone in that office was pleasant and profesdional!!!
He is very knowledgeable, logical and professional. I has a great experience. He deserved my trust.
Great practice. Everything is always smooth, professional, and friendly. I arrived early and they saw me right away. Check in with tablets is great. Doctors and staff are always kind, listen to you, and explain everything. I can't recommend enough.
Had a great experience with Dr. Glaser. Would recommend him enthusiastically.
Dr. Glaser takes the time to explain the cause of ailment and the pros & cons of various diagnostic tests and treatment options. And he asked several times whether I had any questions to ensure I had full understanding of the ailment and treatment plan.
Dr. Glaser is a total professional. He explains things as if the patient is intelligent, and I appreciate that very much.
I felt rushed and annoyed. Every time I explained a symptom, it was quickly overlooked. I am still experiencing the same issues and will get a second opinion. Very disappointed.
everyone are friendly and helpfull. thanks!
Great Dr., Quick Service
Nice experience over all! Great doc and friendly staff. Doc took his time to listen and explain everything. Heighly recommened.
A very pleasant reception and atmosphere. The registration process was quick and easy on state-of-the-art equipment. The doctor was nice and very thorough.
I got this doctor's appointment late! So, by the time I visited him my conditions had reduced. Apart from that, I feel he spoke up to the point and did not scare me with my condition unlike other doctors.
Great Doctor, very knowledgeable !
Great doctor!!,he did endoscopy to understand root cause for running nose and recommended nose inhaler which have done wonders to my running nose.He also recommend allergy specialist to test all possible combination.Thank you doctor for patiently listening and helping me speak to my normal voice.
Very caring Doctor, who is also good at explaining his treatment approach. Answered all questions I had. Visits have had long waits but apparently is not a usual thing. Doc called me with test results instead of making me come in when results turned out negative.
The staff was very pleasant and helpful. The doctor gave me great information. Thank you!
He was very good and did a great job. Wait was a bit long. But that's not his fault
I received prophsional treatment.
Dr. Glaser is a very knowledgeable physician in his filed. He treated me with enthusiasm, positivity, and a great sense of humor. He showed outmost respect and kindness towards me. He went out of his way to help me. Even though I was there with complaint of nasal congestion, he did spend great deal of time removing ear wax impaction that he incidentally found on physical diagnosis. As a physician in training myself, I notice when I witness compassionate care.
Dr. Glaser was well informed about my prior history even though I had never seen him, or any doctor in this practice. They clearly had good systems which share info with other doctors. After resolving my immediate issue without much fuss, I also appreciated how he asked if I wanted to continue my treatment of the underlying chronic problem with his office or with my previous providers, without assuming the follow-up would be with him. I chose to continue with him for the above reasons.
Dr. Glaser was very professional and patient. Plus, unlike many others in his field, has the goal to avoid unnecessary procedures and/or tests if possible - rather than catastrophizing an issue and automatically leaving toward a more aggressive modality. The staff were all courteous and kind, and I was seen right away!
Dr. Glaser is fantastic. I was greeted politely and spoken to professionally. There was no talking down to the patient, yet Dr. Glaser explained everything carefully. My favorite part is that I walked away with a report detailing my visit, diagnosis, treatment plan, etc. He was thorough and friendly. Also, this doctor's office uses technology that makes it easier, more accurate, and faster to get treatment. My only suggested areas for improvement are: - staff should not be discussing things/people in Spanish with the assumption that patients in the waiting area don't understand the language - I left my ethnicity blank and those details were filled in for me without asking (inaccurately) based on assumption
Dr. Glaser is therough and is highly recommended.
Dr. Glaser was great and answered all my questions with straight answers. He quickly solved my problem and warned me of anything that may have caused my issue. He also gave me great advice moving forward. I would highly recommend Dr. Glaser and his staff.
Both of my kids had tubes put in their ears ,adenoids removed, and my son had his tonsils out. Dr. Glaser was very clear with what was going to happen and explained everything to me in detail before the surgery. After the surgery, he explained what he did and what the aftercare would be. He is very pleasant and amiable but also very professional. I would highly recommend Dr. Glaser to parents whose children are suffering due to fluid in the ears and constant ear infections. The office is efficient and pleasant and Sara, the surgical coordinator knows what she's doing.
It was fine.
Dr Glaser was very nice, I also didn't have to wait.
Overall good experience. Long wait and not great receptionist.
Office close to PATH station, I was put into an exam room in a few minutes and the doctor assisted me quickly once I was in an exam room. He was helpful and had a good bedside manner.
Doctor listened and understood all my issues. Apart from the wait time I would recommend him.
Glaser himself was fine, though not exceptional. I found the receptionists unprofessional (probably my fault for sitting so close to them) and the nurse practitioner unfriendly. I was also very disappointed that somebody with a later appointment (I heard him say when his appointment was scheduled for) was admitted before me. It's also not at all clear to me why it took more than 10 minutes for three sheets of paper to be printed out.
I forgot to complete the offices specific paperwork before hand so i had to wait a few minutes to be seen. Just make sure to fill out the ENT paperwork before your appointment so you can be seen immediately. Saw Dr. Glaser and was in and out of the office within 30 min! Great bedside manner and clean facilities.
Dr. Glaser was professional yet warm and considerate. He pauses to confirm you are following your conversations accurately and to make sure you have an opportunity to ask any questions. I would most certainly recommend Dr. Glaser.
Besides long wait, everything else was highly professional. The doctor took his time asking questions and explaining his findings and treatment plan, and answering my questions.
I liked that he took the time to explain things to me well. I have a science background and he helped me understand the reasoning behind what he was doing and his conclusions.
Unfortunately my reasons for not recommending this doctor have more to do with the office staff. I heard them talking badly about their patients, myself included, from down the hall. It made me feel very uncomfortable and I will not be returning.
Explained his approach well.
Dr. Glaser was professional and provided me with a comprehensive plan to follow to treat my issue. Also, after checking out, I was given a printout which detailed the plan, medications, etc. Very good flow from check-in to check-up to check-out.
Dr. Glaser seemed personable and to take his time during my appointment!
The office staff system to taking people in some how got confused and my early appointment turned into hey this lady just walked in how did she get called over me and I was told I still had to wait because a room was not available at the time. Thank goodness doctor Glaser was great he saved the experience from Turing extra sour.
Very quick and professional. I don't have insurance so I wasn't sure how much the coat would be and I thought it was fair. I would see this doctor again.
Dr. Glaser gave me time to ask all the questions I wanted, as well as adapted his normal treatment plan to fit my specific needs since I work abroad and rarely have the chance to visit a U.S.-based physician. He is very professional and ran several tests to ensure the proper diagnosis, as well as took the time to explain next steps. I didn't feel rushed like I have at other doctor's offices and appreciate his sincereness and professionalism.
Overall, good staff. However, the doctor did not provide a comprehensive analysis. My symptom last way much longer than expected.
Felt I got good care. Wait was too long- suggest they call patients when wait is going to be over an hour. Office staff is nice and very professional.
Thought the office and Dr was very accommodating
Doctor was helpful and spent time answering questions. The office staff were curt, snotty, and had bad manners.
It's great. Very good doctor.
Great office! From appt scheduling, parking and wait time, everything was great. I highly recommend him and his staff
it was great - dr. glaser is very kind and thorough. he also prescribed some old common sense - tea, rest, not to rush into an antibiotic. he was great
Dr. Glaser is very nice, courteous and knowledgeable doctor. Staff was very friendly and efficient. Highly recommend!
Dr. Glaser, was excellent, friendly, knowledgable and eager to do what ever to resolve my issue. I didn't enjoy waiting the 45 minutes for to him, but he did apologize and explain the situation - all it takes is a simple apology.
The paperwork is extensive but thorough. (I should have filled out the paperwork online!) The staff is very friendly and efficient and Dr. Glaser asked a lot of questions so I feel he has a clear idea of my health concerns.
Very mean and arrogant.
The doctor is friendly & approachable - traits that are always important to me. I will be visiting him again for a hearing test. He solved my problem in one visit.
Very good doctor
very kind and helpful
Very pleasent.., profesional.., prompt..,helpful
The best doctor out there for Nose and throat. Very gentle and knows what he is doing. HE calls me once to tell me my test result, what a caring doctor.
