I feel like I will receive a proper diagnosis and help for the first time in almost a year. I’m so glad I came yesterday.
Best Orthopedist I have encountered! Completely on point and knowledgeable. Dr. Shuben Stein is my 3rd and final opinion on my knee and I trust her. I highly reccomend this doctor based on only 10 minutes od speaking with her and that means alot!!
No complaints. Dr. Shubin Stein and all of the staff along the way were friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable.
Overall, Dr. Beth Shubin Stein was a great doctor, but the 2 hour wait for my X-ray before my exam was a bit ridiculous. Everyone working in the office was wonderful and very helpful, but the X-ray system needs to be modified to see more patients in a quicker amount of time. Besides the wait, everything else was fantastic.
Been going to Dr. Shubin Stein for years - various orthopedic issues. and I've always felt I received the absolute best care in the field. The new office space is also reassuring,
After being to countless doctors and going for very invasive testing and still not getting the proper diagnosis I went to see Dr. Shubin Stein. After her examination I was confident I was in the right place and was confident in her diagnosis. She also set up immediately for me to go across the street for ultra sound guided injections in my shoulder even though it was late in the afternoon so I wouldn't have to make a trip back to the city. She told me what to expect and when I would be feeling better and she was spot on. I would highly recommend her.
Dr. Shuben Stein was extremely professional, efficient and friendly. The whole staff made me feel at ease and that I was a priority to them.
Very professional and I felt very well taken care of. Her receptionist did a wonderful job as well.
Doctor seemed good. Quick visit. Didn't feel like I got enuf time but need more tests before she can do anything so maybe not a fair assessment.
Everyone in the office was kind and apologetic for my delay. However after waiting for 2 hours I felt that my time with the doctor was rushed and very short. I still felt that I had questions unanswered.
I had read that there would be very long waits to see Dr. Shubin Stein but my wait for x-ray was only 10 minutes and then to see the doctor maybe another 5 minutes. The office staff was very pleasant and the doctor friendly and thorough.
It was fine - just felt like going to a factory where you're in and out in <5 minutes.
Wait Time was long but Doctor was great
AWESOME! Well worth the wait!
I arrived early for paperwork and X-rays...still ended up waiting well over an hour and a half. The office clearly didn't value my time. The visit itself was fine. Don't know if I will return.
The woman is brilliant and efficient. I highly recommend!
Beth is a busy woman so we didn't have tons of time together and as a result there were some questions I forgot to ask. While this is my fault- I would advise patients to come prepared with anything they want to ask and get that out of the way before Beth is off to the next knee/ foot / hip/ whatever... That said, she didn't rush me and explained my xrays well and had someone else in the practice find me a physical therapist near my office.
