I truly would recommend Bindu she truly put in her time to see and hear all my illness. Never new I had this doctor right down the street from my house.
Was not satisfied with the visit. I went for an annual checkup which was covered by my insurance, but the office failed to note that if absolutely any other bit of information outside of the checkup was discussed, that the clinic could also charge me a regular office visit. Someone should really note that to unsuspecting or unknowledgeable patients. Also, had labs done but will have to return for another office visit just to have them reviewed with the doc. So, it should be noted that lab work is the equivalent of two office visits, one to draw the other to review.
She is very proffessional and very understanding i just found my PCP!!
She was very professional and very attentive.
My visit was frustrating. The office staff told me I could get my blood work done right before my appointment. I went in to do my bloodwork and the nurse told me that I had to get my bloodwork done at least a few days prior. When the office opens at 9am, and your appointment is at 9am, you'd expect to get seen right away, but that didn't happen. Still had to wait 20 minutes, which is a little frustrating.
Felt Very comfortable , very pleasant visit , A+
Excellent office staff, everyone is very nice!
Was able to book an appointment online within two hours of needing one! Printed off my paperwork and had it ready before I even arrived, zero wait time - excellent experience!
