I waited 2 hours to be seen and I saw a whole bunch of people whose appointment were after me, seen before I was. The dermatologist took 2 minutes to see me and that was it. I do not recommend thisplace. It was a waste of my time and money.

Much too long a wait time. I waited an hour to be called to the exam room, then waited another 30 minutes before the doctor arrived. Need to manage scheduling much better.

I admit I was a little apprehensive because I saw a lot of negative comments about Dr. Glassman on such sites as healthgrades.com But I must say he was friendly and professional, and he diagnosed the cyst on my neck rightaway. The wait for him to come back was around thirty minutes, but this was understandable since my surgery to remove the cyst was not scheduled and he had a lot of patients (when I left there were around thirty people in the waiting area). The surgery was done in 5-10 minutes, and I was on my way.

Wonderful! Came in with a complaint about a rash that had been bothering me for weeks. He prescribed a cream that eliminated it after only 1 use.

Dr. Glassman was fantastic, I couldn't speak too highly of him. The office, however, was extremely crowded. There were 25 (!) people in the waiting room when I arrived, and I didn't get called back until over an hour after my appointment time.

Doctor and nurses were all very friendly and professional. I would definitely give them five stars if it weren't for the wait time. I had initially scheduled an appt for 1:45 and received an email the morning of my appt sayingthe doctor had rescheduled me for 1:25 That was a little concerning because I had not been contacted by the office and had planned the appointment around my lunch break. I changed my scheduled and arrived at 1:25 but was not taken to a room until 2:50. By the time I left shortly before 3:30 I was well past my lunch break and had had to call a client and cancel an appointment. If it weren't for the very extensive wait time I would have been 100% happy with the service. Dr Glassman was very polite and got me in/out quickly while still acknowledging my concerns.

I was astonished by the extremely long waits, low standard of care, and blatantly money-grubbing behavior of this doctor, at the expense of patient care. He simply exemplifies the worst of dermatologist behavior, and I would never, ever recommend him.

I'm a new patient. I didn't know what to expect. He had a busy office, and from what I understand is the norm. But I do see why! He's a great doctor. Despite having a lot of patients to get to,I didn't feel rushed, he took his time to listen to my concerns and gave me the best advice. He was so friendly and nice. I highly recommend him and his staff who were also very friendly. I'll definitely be back to see him if the need arises!

Appointment was rushed. Doctor rushed in, minimized my concerns. Told me he wasn't going to give me a prescription because my insurance doesn't cover much "find something otc" and left. Best thing this office has to offer is that it's easy to get an appointment.

He was quick to look at my skin and quick to decide on what was the issue with it. Then he prescribed me a skin cream without explaining what exactly is the skin issue, what I could do to prevent itfrom happening again and was out the door. I waited for a long time to only be looked at for a few minutes and was not pleased with the result and with the visit. Plus, when I went to issue my prescription, I found that it was an extremely expensive cream that I was not able to get it - which made me feel as if the entire visit was worthless. I made the choice to not return again to get another RX and just to be glanced at for a few minutes after waiting for a long time, as well to be left with no explanation.

Huge wait time. Arrived at 9:05 for a 9:15 appointment. Was shown to an examination room at 10:30, and was examined (quickly but thoroughly) at about 11:00. They were having computer problems that day, so this may not be normal.

I was at the office at 8:45 for the 9:15 appointment. Filled out some paper work which was completed before 9:15. There was then a exceedingly long wait to see the Dr. He appeared to be in too much of ahurry, and had to be called back to complete requested work. The office appears to be run a a factory.

I waited over an hour after my scheduled appointment to be seen! That is just ridiculous, especially for a dermatology office. Dr. Glassman was nice enough. My other issue is that I needed a full body skin check and he didnot warn me that a male medical transcriptionist would be seeing me in the nude the whole time! At least give me a heads up and give me the option to make another appointment or have a female nurse present. Being naked in a small closed room with two men may be someone's idea of a good time-but not me! Then he leaves me alone in the office with the transcription its. Nice enough guy, but I'm in my birthday suit with a total stranger who is not my doctor! !!!! Also, the office was so discombobulated that I couldn't even book a follow up. I just left.

I feel dermatologist's offices are the place of extremely short appointments unless something is life threatening. Front desk staff didn't really look me in the eye to greet or speak to me, they were glued to their computers. That being said, the wait time was brief and the check-in process was efficient. Due to the high volume of patient's they see, the waiting room is not peaceful at all. I felt extremely cramped. The assistant that took me to the room, wrote down some brief notes regarding my problem but was kind and had an actual conversation with me. A few minutes later, Dr Glassman came in (fully briefed) and he had an quick visit with me, asked what I'd like to do (I'd had this problem before), quickly reviewed a few options and prescribed a medication. This is exactly what I was expecting and done the way I feel it should've been. I'd go back if I need to but hopefully I don't.

After waiting 45 minutes in waiting room (30 min past my appointment time), I waited 30 minutes inside. The visit itself was less than 10 minutes. People were nice enough and I felt they got the job done but wow whata long wait... Probably shouldn't go in the afternoon.

I didn't get to talk to him that much. Look like he try to rush through his patients. Maybe because I look young and he doesn't give me the respect that I deserve. Yes, he treated what I want but Iknow nothing about why I had it. I try to ask him questions but he left the room. I also wait for 30 min in the waiting room. It was full of people. I don't think he would cares if he lost 4 or 5 patients because he is to busy.

Dr. Bruce Glassman made me wait for 2 hours even though I had an appointment with ZocDoc and had sent all my papers. Once I was inside the room, the doctor came to see me in between some other patient. Hehad not seen any notes that his assistant had made prior to coming to the room, saw me for less than 5 minutes and left. Oh and instead of giving me instructions on how to apply the medicine, I was given a photocopy from some journal. Waste of time and money.

I'm sure Dr. Glassman is a great dermatologist but my experience was poor. I had a 7:45am appointment and was not seen until 8:45am. Inexcusable. I had to be at work at 9:00am as well. I was on the verge ofwalking out but two assistants pleaded for me to stay and reassured me that I was next. A minute later, I met with Dr. Glassman for about three minutes. I just went in for a consultation, nothing serious. Won't be returning.

I arrived 15 minutes before my appointment and waiting 45 minutes (30 min passed my appointment time). They were busy and I was in no rush but when the doctor came in I felt very rushed. I do not feel likehe did a thorough exam or took the time to talk to me about any issues or concerns. He popped in and popped out. It is a little concerning. I understand they were busy, but I waited 30 minutes past my scheduled appointment time, all i ask was that he took his time with me. Also, he spoke to me when he held the door open and I was not fully clothed. The office seemed very busy and a little unorganized. The receptionist was very nice and had great customer service.

This doctor did not even take a good look at my skin or touch my face; which is very odd considering I came in looking for acne treatments. He simply told me my acne was not bad enough for medication andthat "he has seen worse." Well, of course he has seen worse.. he's a dermatologist. That's like going into the doctor for a cold and the doctor not helping you because they have seen worse illnesses. The "appointment" was all of 3-4 minutes, and it was not helpful at all. I even mentioned to him that the first time I went to this location, I felt that I waited for over an hour to see a doctor that only spoke to me for five minutes and did not properly examine me. I was very unimpressed with this facility and I feel that I wasted mone y by going in to see them. I will definitely not be back.
