My Visit with the Doctor Ezeugwu it was great ! Highly recommended.
The nurses were very friendly doctor Ezeugwu is very personable and it's a warm environment, a really enjoyed my time and I can't not for my next visit!
I booked a simple annual physical and they charged my insurance for two appointments. Spoke to their front desk and billing department and they were completely unhelpful, rude with zero customer service skills. Once you finish your visit with them they will charge you whatever they want. Complete headache. This was my first and last time with this office.
They charged me for 2 appointments when it was the first time I’ve been at that office.
FRONT STAFF WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL ALONG WITH THE DOCTOR ++++
He is very knowledgeable and cares a great deal about his patient.
It was a long dragged out visit due to dr. Ezeugwu's interns. I had to be examined twice, and the EKG was performed by an intern that had no idea what he was doing. I felt like a test subject. There was way too many interns, and I was questioned and requestioned, by several different doctors. They were professional but the visit was very inconvienet and time consuming.
He was very thorough and I appreciate his skill and knowledge.
The doctor is great , very professional. The only thing makes me hesitate to go back is the paper work. Way too much paper work and very redudent, I filled it online prior to the appointment and went in being told that I need to fill out on paper. I filled out paperwork then spend another hour looking at the MA to type in my answers in the system . I spent one and half hours to deal with the paperwork going over the same questions . Very frustrating! My each follow up test has to be done in each different day. Going back three different days when I could just go in do it all at once is very frustrating.
He is very knowledgeable and professional. I strongly recommend him as cardiologist!!
He is very knowledgable and helpful
He took his time and asked follow up questions. Was thoughtful of the lifestyle I lived and did not over recommend or be preachy to make me feel guilty. The administrative process was a bit painful as the staff seemed not to communicate well. However Dr. Ezeugwu's desire to get to the root cause of an issue was great to see and I think I have found a new practice!
He was able to give me a full diagnostic outline of my heath, and seemed to be more comprehensive than even my primary care, even though his specialty is the heart. I can't imagine finding a more respectable doctor!
My visit with Dr. Ezeugwu was pleasant, comfortable, knowledgeable and professional. He is very personable and again very professional.
Dr. Ezeugwu was very attentive and thorough. Very nice person.
