The whole office expeirence was great. Definitely has my recommendation.
Dr. Meharry and her staff were wonderful. They were incredibly professional, personable and helpful. Will definitely be seeing Dr. Meharry in the future!
She is so friendly and personal, as are her assistants and the entire office staff. The office is always busy, so there is waiting from time to time, but nothing out of the ordinary for a busy doctor's office. Highly recommend!
Professional, charismatic, genuinely caring, took her time getting to know my needs and establishing a relationship.
Had to wait a little, but very pleased with the service.
Dr. Meharry and her staff were incredibly professional, personable and nice. The day I went in to the office it was very busy because one of the doctors was sick. Even though the wait time was longer than usual, they were apologetic about the wait and the staff remained more than accommodating and high spirited. The staff was so helpful in explaining my benefits to me and making sure I got the best deal with my insurance. Dr. Meharry and her assistant were so sweet and did an excellent and thorough job conducting my exam. I will definitely be returning here and recommending to others.
They helped me with my first contacts. They took the time to help me understand the pros and cons of my contact options. Having astigmatism and very sensitive eyes (we found that out!) they helped me find the perfect fit for me and repeatedly told me that I can always try another type of lense till I find the right one. They also offer incredible discounts when buying more than a box at a time. They have what I would call "member perks". They give you a discount when you buy contacts annually on sunglasses and also free contact solution! Woohoo! Dr. Meharry was also so personable and took interest in me as a person and all of my optical needs. She shared a little about herself as well. The service and amenities of this private practice office outshine the rest.
Everyone here was ridiculously nice and made me feel so comfortable.
Dr. Meharry and her assistant were both personable and professional and made me comfortable throughout the actual exam portions of my visit. The front desk staff were also friendly and helpful with insurance and payment processing. I waited about 15 minutes to be called. There's a water cooler with conical cups, some copies of People and Sports Illustrated and other such magazines, and a TV in in the waiting room. I didn't sample the water, but I saw another guy slug a couple conefuls and he seemed to enjoy it. Overall, I had a positive experience and I would recommend visiting Dr. Meharry's office if you need to see an OD.
Great visit! Professional bedside manner and great at explaining exactly what was going on.
