la verdad, fue muy buena la impresión, muy amable y paciente, tanto conmigo, como con mi Sra.
Very happy with first visit appointment. He is now our primary Doctor
The front desk staff , medical assistants , and Dr Haro were excellent today !
very professional... staff was extremely nice and helpful... Was a pleasant visit.....
Dr. Haro was very thorough, nice and professional. The staff were very kind and courteous. This was my first appointment with him. He was concerned about my EKG results. The staff worked diligently to get all my records faxed to them from three different physicians while I waited!!! They accommodated me and scheduled an appointment with the cardiologist, Dr Hassan, next morning, which was amazing relief for my anxiety and Dr. Haro's concern!! Dr Hassan also works at the same office, which is abuslutely the best location behind the Art Museum in Las Olas (very beautiful building). Dr. Hassan was also great, professional and accommodating. He comforted me and requested all test possible to look into the matter. I greatly appreciated everyone's help and the great services they provided me. I defiantly recommend both doctors to my family and friends.
Fairly long wait before the doctor saw me, but it was worth it! He is very easy to talk to and seems to genuinely care.
While I believe the quality of care was satisfactory, I grew very tired of waiting nearly 3 hours to see the doctor on each and every visit. I can not for the life of me understand why they were so behind, as they never appeared to be busy on any occasion. I will never return to this location again!
I arrived really early expecting to wait a really long time but was seen immediately. It was an informative and professional visit. I would absolutely recommend Dr. Haro to anyone.
The doctor is great-- the staff however is quite incompetent. If you get any one on the phone, you may as well buy a lottery ticket because I haven't had any luck reaching the MA nor anyone that could assist me for 5 days straight of calling and leaving voicemails.
The doctor and his staff are excellent. Dr. Haro is great. I would recommend him definitely
I was impressed from the receptionist to the nurse to the doctor..all were professional in manners, thorough in listening to my problems and extremely accurate in recommending further treatments..a nursing student was shadowing while I was there and she was very polite and attentive, not only to me but to the nurse she was learning from. I would recommend this medical office to anyone seeking a professional who IS a PROFESSIONAL in every way..
Thanks so much .very good excelente doctor
it's hard to find true compassionate doctors these days like dr haro and even though the wait was long it's worth it
Best primary Doctor EVER
Excellent; great offices, great team, knowledgeable, caring Doctor. He took a lot of time to discuss various areas of my health. He will be my new primary physician!
My visit with Dr. Carlos Haro was quite pleasant. He was very informative and seemed to really care about my well-being. Lisa W.
He listen to my problems and and understanding on how patients feel
Terrible. The doctor never gave me the result of the exams. He changed office multiple times without informing me. I called and left my contact info with the secretary, so that she send the medical records via mail and she never send it.
Very friendly staff and Doctor was attentive.
It was a warm friendly environment. The staff took awhile I process my information but I was seen and he was great! For the insurance I have he's the best yet. He's my new primary dr!
Dr. Haro, was cool....very professional and funny ....this was my first visit....
Nice doctor and very helpful
AWESOME ! I have been seeing Dr. Haro frequently for more than a year and he has helped me tremendously with a very complicated, painful condition that has crippled me for more than 3 years. I have seen numerous specialists over the past 3 years and Dr. Haro is one of only 4 doctors who will even treat me. They are the only reason I can stand and walk. I am still very limited, but with their continuing help and support, I will continue to improve slowly. I can't thank him enough for his compassionate and competent care. He is a keeper.
The girl in the front office was super nice!! The nurse who walked me in was also very nice! The Dr. was amazing! I didn't feel rushed like I usually do. He took his time listening to my concerns and explained to me everything I needed to know to fix them. I am so happy I found a primary care Dr. and office who makes me feel comfortable and cared for. That's how it should be. I would totally recommend this office. My husband is also going to switch over!!
I think it went very well and I am confident I will be a long staying patient. He was very pleasant as was his staff.
