Patient reviews for Dr. Catherine Weinberg
Great professional manner which I found relaxing as a nervous patient. Happy to be working with her.
Dr. Weinberg was fantastic - understanding, patient and knowledgable. Highly recommended.
I like Dr. Weinberg a lot. But scheduling followup tests were inconvenient. The office does cardio stress tests only on Fridays. Carotid test had to be a different day. And ofice staff insisted followup consultation with Dr Weinberg had to be yet a third day (due to insurance billing?). Altogether four visits, instead of the two visits I had with another cardiologist a dozen years ago. Also, one of the medical techs berated me for not bringing back the 24-hour diary to record chest pains, dizziness, etc. I told her I had no such symptoms and so the diary was empty. She wanted me to go downstairs to get the empty diary from my parked car. I refused, and so she reluctantly gave me another empty diary into which she made me write my name and DOB.
I found visit to be very helpful. We addressed my existing issues while considering other things I had not thought about. Dr. Weinberg is great.
Great visit! Will definitely follow up with her for all cardiac needs.
She really cares about the health and well being of her patients.
I've seen Dr. Weinberg before and my opinion has not changed - she is wonderful!
I went to Dr. Weinberg for a second opinion on test results from an echocardiogram and she was really thorough in her analysis and next steps to figuring out my issue. Her and her staff were very pleasant to deal with and made me feel at ease. I hate getting my blood taken and the nurse/technician did a great job at keeping me calm with her friendly demeanor. Overall great experience for a doctor's visit.
I could tell Dr. Weinberg cared about my health, and I don't disagree with her recommendations, but I honestly walked away feeling bullied and belittled/talked down to. This was even after I explained that I have certain mental health conditions. This surprised me, because everyone else who has left a review here has raved about the doc's bedside manner, and given my mental health, bedside manner is one of the most important things a doctor can bring to the table for me. Will go to see a different doctor.
Highly engaged, personable and informative. Dr. Weinberg sees you as a whole person while also applying an informed scientific approach. Virtually no wait time and she's supported by a highly competent staff both clinically and administratively.
GREAT OFFICE STAFF. I felt like the doctor spent a lot of time with me, was focused on the problem, and was also very conscious of what insurance would and would not cover.
A very caring doctor. I will never trade her in.
Very caring and understanding. Listened to all my issues. My insurance appears as non par on zocdoc and she is par.
Best doctor experience I have had in a while. Actually took her time with me I did not feel rushed at all and felt I was being taken care of. I would highly recommend
Very professional also caring
She was very thorough and even though we're still working on a diagnosis, she had tons of suggestions get me started in the right direction. We talked for almost an hour about ways to improve my specific condition, but also just general health.
she spends time with you and explains everything
Dr. Weinberg's manner is professional, but also warm and caring. This was my first visit, and she took plenty of time learning about me as a person as well as a patient. I think I've made an excellent choice!
This was my first visit. The doctor was so kind, considerate, explained the next steps, gave ME a pep talk, and did not rush at all. The nurse before was wonderful as well.
Dr. Weinberg was especially gracious about explaining everything, which many doctors (in my experience) typically don't do or do with obvious irritation at being questioned. She also seems to be the type of doctor that considers multiple angles and appreciates that continuing education is critical to her profession. Thanks for everything!
Dr. Weinberg was awesome!!!!She made me feel so comfortable - very thorough and took her time with me! Absolutely awesome first visit to a doctor - check in was quick and simple - front desk was friendly and attentive - nurse was amazing - couldn't have been better :-)
Very easy to talk to, Didn't feel rush at all. Answered all my questions.
I love her and hate her at the same time (smile) I love her because she is a very attentive, knowledgeable and she cares about her patients, I hate her because she always gets on my case when I don't follow the rules and do the right thing. I wouldn't trade her for the world! She's definitely my Dr. for life!
She was very thorough and patient!! I highly recommend her!!
When I step into the examination room I was taken care of by a very lovely lady named Virginia. Despite the fact I am there to see about my heart she made me feel very much at ease. After Virginia is done with me I am seen almost immediately by Dr Weinburg and she is a gem. Very thorough, kind, and caring. She explained in detail what my issue could be and this is after she asked tons of questions about my medical history and me. I feel like she is going to have a solution for me that work.
Staff was friendly and accommodating. Dr. Weinberg was thorough and helpful in diagnosis and developing a plan of action. I felt comfortable and was not rushed.
Really attentive and compassionate
Love her! Makes your feel comfortable & she takes her time, doesn't rush your visit.
Dr. Weinberg was very friendly. She seemed genuinely interested in seeing me and listened to all my concerns and offered feedback that didn't feel dismissive. She also took the time to educate me on my diagnosis and answer any questions I had. There was also talk of a long term plan versus just providing answers for this visit.
The office staff is sub-par (curmudgeonly, grumpy, rude) and really dampens the total office experience. That being said, Dr. Weinberg could actually not be nicer, sweeter, and more reassuring. I came into her office under really difficult circumstances, and have never found a doctor to spend more time and energy making me feel better about tests, next steps, and options. I never felt like I didn't have a say in my treatment, or wasn't informed of all my options. She is fantastic and I can't recommend her highly enough. I love Dr Weinberg!!
very thoughtful visit - took time to really communicate
She was great. Very thorough, warm and professional. Spent a lot of time reviewing my charts and answering my questions. I would highly recommend her.
She was nice and helpful.
She seems actually concerned about my health. She has ordered a plan of action to reduce my future risk of negative cardiac issues.Whether I follow the plan or not, her concern, and obviously on the money advice, rings through, and true. In fine, I would recommend her to anyone seeking cardiac guidance. The phlebotomist was extremely cute. Don't tell her I said so
Only saw Dr. Weinberg once. She was professional and caring and not rushed. She ordered some tests to be done. My subsequent 2 visits for the testing proved to be very unpleasant. Unprofessional, unfriendly staff in a cold uncaring environment. Would never return to this facility. Very unfortunate since all my Zoc Doc referrals have been top shelf.
Very personable, professional and caring!
Dr. Weinberg was super attentive and spent almost an hour with me, listening to every question and concern. I highly recommend her!
Very thorough and patient.
she is very engaging and concerned about my overall welfare and medical care, very patient and informative.
Catherine took her time with me, and really seemed interested in being thorough. I feel confident that she paid attention to me and did not feel rushed at all. Highly recommend!
She is FANTASTIC! I've seen a million and 1 MDs and she is the best
Dr. Weinberg is so personal and easy to talk with. I'd recommend her highly, especially for young women.
She was patient and explained everything I needed to know!
