The first thing Dr. Chandra said to me was something to the effect of "What took you so long?". My appointment was at 8:00 and I was not taken back until after 8:45. I told him to ask his front deskpeople because I was here. I have bunions and was looking to find a foot surgeon; instead I was signed up for physical therapy. Bunions run in my family and I was not looking to waste time on physical therapy. I was prescribed medication but no one told me. I found out when I went to the pharmacy. I wanted someone to review my options with me-not decide on a course of treatment without my input. Needless to say, I was extremely disappointed in the whole experience. I am scheduled to see another doctor within the group that is a foot surgeon. Hopefully, I will feel better after that appointment.
